The Scene Cliff View Villas

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great — close to everything but still quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view. Breakfast was decent. We booked a two-bedroom unit, but it was quite small and felt cramped for four people. The mattress was hard. There were construction works right in front of our room, which made it impossible to rest in the afternoon — we only found out about it when we arrived, as there was a letter waiting for us in the room. The gym was small and outdated; the only dumbbells available actually came apart in my hands, so I had to stop my workout and couldn’t use the gym during the rest of our stay.

Everything was perfect! We loved the outdoor area and the room as well. The food from the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast very complete. The staff was the highlight of this stay, so polite and attentive, definitely enhancing our experience. We loved the cats as well!! The bed was a bit hard for me. A bit far from the beach if you want to walk, but we knew that before booking.

The property is around a 3-4 minute walk from the main Ao Nang beach road, set back from all the bustle and noise. If you want a serene, relaxing place to stay, this is the perfect place. We chose a 2 room pool access villa. I have a mobility problem and was worried that there would be too many steps. But these villas are accessed from the rear where there is a ramp running right along the villas. In fact, there are ramps right from the entrance so I had no problems accessing anything except the restaurant which is on the second floor. All the walkways are paved with non slippery material which was good since it was raining every day that we were there. The staff are so friendly and eager to help….probably the best we’ve experienced at any place that we have stayed at. Each room has a hair dryer fixed near the mirror which was a convenient touch. The free WiFi was easy to connect to and very fast. The bedrooms in the villas are a little small, so our suitcases didn’t fit inside the cupboards. The bathroom has an instant water heater so the water temperature kept fluctuating during a shower. Small inconveniences in an otherwise perfect stay

None - we would return in a heartbeat! Worth noting if booking with Bolt taxi that it doesn't quite have the correct location registered (not a criticism of the hotel!).

I found the place dusty, and the housekeeping was not thorough—only surface-level cleaning was done. The area under the sofa was very dirty, which I pointed out to the staff during checkout, but no action was taken.

It's very good, quiet, suitable for relaxing with family.

Loved the scenery of this hotel. The small houses and the pool area with the cliff look amazing. The staff was super friendly and polite. The hotel has shuttle service to the center. Breakfast could be improved. Poached eggs were not good and they were served on a soaked bread. The facilities could be maintained more. Beach towels were left outside - it looked a little messy and the towels got wet with rain. The room could've also been a little more cosy (add more warm light, for example).

Quiet location, nice rooms around pool. Bit of a hike to the main hub, the shuttles were sparse times.

The pool was awesome for out child (3y/o). She loved it. The staff was very nice and kind, and the rooms were clean. The are is quiet and there were some nice restaurants nearby. The bedrooms were too small. There was too little space for our clothes and items. The whole area smelled like weed most of the time. Breakfast was not good. We ate there once and were happy we didn't book it.

We really enjoyed staying here for a week in Krabi. It is in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang beach but there are regular shuttle buses daily to take you drop you off at the beach. Our rooms were comfortable and clean - we had pool terrace room and it was great to be able to walk straight out onto the poolside. There are lots of great places down the road to eat - we would recommend Smiling Buffalo for brunch. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we recommend this stay and felt it wad good value for money.

Beautiful, amazing and calm place in crowdy Krabi. Very kind and nice staff. We would love to come back. Dont expect big breakfeast, it is small resort, but its just enough and they do everything to make you satisfy. Great value!

Such a gorgeous hotel in Ao Nang! It is in the perfect location - away from chaos but close to get to the beach either by a walk (20 mins), taxi or shuttle bus service (they offer this for free at certain times throughout the day or it’s 120bhat for the taxi). My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights in February. The hotel has lots of families and couples staying. If you have kids they have a play room up by the restaurant - plus a gym. The rooms were really clean and spacious. The pool was gorgeous and the view the was amazing. The food for breakfast was perfect. You could also order food to your room / or sun bed throughout the day. We tried lots on their menu and it was all amazing. Nothing, it was all great!
