Beautiful location, great staff and service The kitchen didn’t have some basic cutlery or dish soap to clean.

Location Not friendly staff,problems with the door of balcony- they replaced it after I wrote an email (the door was inappropriate-the wind came into the room ,for one night (first night)we couldn't close or lock the door)

Staff were accommodating. Outside facilities including the pool were nice. Location is excellent. Place was a bit dated and rooms could use a bit of freshening up. Had to clean my own deck. Breakfast was just ok. Steam room doesn't work.

Breakfast was great! Bed was comfy. In general the stay was great.

The location is fantastic with superb views all around. Great access to nearby beaches and the place was relatively calm and away from the touristy places like Albufiera. The breakfast provided was amazing and the staff were quite helpful. They also have a small kitchenette which was helpful for light lunches for us. Its a fairly old hotel so rooms are older in design and functionality. We had to call for a few things like the extra bed we had ordered while booking and basic stuff like glasses and cutlery which could have been kept since they have a small kitchenette.

The location was excellent and our sea view was beautiful. The facility is getting tired. Our room had mold in the bathroom shower. It lacked simple amenities like shampoo and conditioner bottles that actually worked. The tapas room was smelly and had no atmosphere whatsoever. Overall there was no charm. Parking on the street was not pleasant and was very frustrating at times.

We booked the hotel because of its proximity to the sea, the view, and the inside swimming pool. Both great. The hotel is designed for a package holidays. I believe people come and stay for maybe a week, though we stayed just for one night. Everything about the hotel was fine, fabulous view, great pools, comfortable beds, and linens, including a delicious breakfast buffet, helpful staff. The interior decoration is all intact although it looks old - a revamp would be a great idea. What I did not like at all was a smell in the first floor, which is the floor below the lobby, where the breakfast room, the bar, the indoor pool and the gym are located . They are reached going outside and then re-entering from the back Terrace. The odor was particularly strong in the bar where there are no windows. I don’t know if it was cleaning chemicals or chlorine odors from the pool. For me personally, it was unpleasant.

Great stay with beautiful views and a fantastic spa. The scenery is stunning and really elevates the whole experience, especially at sunrise and sunset. The spa is calm, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Comfortable rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely stay again. The sauna was unfortunately not hot enough, which took away from the spa experience. Additionally, the gym equipment is quite old and could benefit from an update.

Mattress and pillows could use some updating.

Nice staff and wonderful location close to the beach. We had a room with ocean-view.

Breakfast was great, served until 11. The kitchen staff were super nice, the omelette chef was particularly delightful! The location is awesome. The Internet was really fast. It was quite noisy, very easy to hear people moving around and moving furniture for some reason. Some of the infrastructure was a bit worn. We stayed in a suite which came equipped with cookware but no cooker. The rubber sheeting on the beds was not very pleasant.

Many facilities were not working like kids room. Swimming pool was too dark. Access to swimming pool through restaurant area is not convinient.

Cold indoor swimming pool with a broken floor. Jacuzzi just warm. The spa was closed. The pinball machines were broken.

The breakfast was great. The receptionist was also very nice. It's lovely that you can see the sea from the breakfast area and a sauna was a nice touch, included in the price. The bed protection under the sheets made us feel like we slept on a plastic bag. The hotel overall seems to be needing some maintenance. The swimming pool floor was a bit weird to step on and there was a cockroach in the pool area. Everything felt a bit old and rundown.
