Didn't have turkey sausage on the breakfast menu

The property was gorgeous and the staff were so wonderful!

The setting here is truly stunning and the access to the beach below is super easy. Staff was excellent and relaxed. Beautiful setting for breakfast. Pool usage on the main deck is a bit tricky since there were times folks were eating so you just felt like using the pool was off. Maybe the meals shouldn’t be by the pool until dark?

beautiful views and quiet location. within easy driving distance from sights or stay on the beautify resort! we had dinner in the restaurant, poor service and overpriced. definitely room for improvement.

Our room was a bit sparce for furniture and I think they recently painted it so had a paint smell that was obvious when we closed door at night. The second night we left doors open and it was better.

Simply beautiful

Breakfast was unreal - absolutely delicious and beautiful. The property is so gorgeous and relaxing. I wish i could have stayed for a month! We enjoyed a massage in the beautiful spa, my daughter loved the gym, the beach is exceptional and we ate at both restaurants that were open (off season). I enjoyed getting lots of steps in but if you have trouble with mobility be aware that the property is very spread out and there are cobblestone paths. The pools were not heated other than one small pool near the spa but it was still only March. This was all fine as the experience was fabulous! I would highly recommend this to anyone.

The location. We had a really enjoyable stay overall — the hotel has a lovely atmosphere, friendly staff in general, and great facilities. The three swimming pools are a real highlight, each with plenty of space and well-kept surroundings. That said, a few things could use some attention. The rooms, while comfortable and clean, are starting to feel a little tired and dated — they could definitely do with a refresh. Also, the policy of charging a “delivery fee” just to have ice brought to the room is, frankly, a bit silly and petty for a hotel of this standard. Another odd policy is that only the bar by the Italian restaurant pool is open for drinks — the others stay closed. It seems daft, really, when you’re on holiday and expect to be able to order a drink by any of the pools throughout the day. A special mention should also go to the difference in service between the main restaurant (where breakfast is served) and the Italian restaurant. The contrast couldn’t be more striking. The staff at the main restaurant should really be sent to observe how things are done at the Italian one — there, nothing is too much trouble, and guests are made to feel genuinely welcome. At the main restaurant, however, everything seems like too much effort. On our very first day, when we went for a light lunch after arriving, we were served by the most unhelpful, surly head waiter — not exactly the warm welcome you hope for at the start of your stay. Overall though, it’s a lovely place with lots of potential — a few small changes and better consistency in service would make it truly excellent.

Beautiful setting

Entering the grounds of this hotel feels like stepping into an oasis — a true garden of paradise here on earth. Perhaps this is what heaven looks like. Either way, if you don’t experience staying at this property at least once in your life, you’ll be missing something I would honestly consider life-changing.

The staff was absolutely great. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Restaurants never seemed very busy, but it was very difficult to get Reservations. The staff was great and the food was very good, but it wasn’t always available.

This place was heaven! They had 3 swimming pools with ocean water. The breakfast was AMAZING!! Best breakfast I have ever have, the fruits were local, fresh and ripe! They even had local honey in the comb. Nothing I can think of. Place was thoughtfully planned, beautiful gardens, excellent food, nice and warm staff.
