There was a smell in the room, it smelled bad but I cant say what it was. I was not paying too much attention when I booked, so I would say this was on me...the hotel is for families which means loooots of kids and lots of noises. So expect that at 7 am you will hear kids running around yelling about going to the pool..same during breakfast. So I would say stay here only if you have kids, if you dont you might not enjoy the chaos.

The property was clean, spacious and the staff was very helpful We did have some issue with the internet connection from our room.

The property was very clean and the staff were pleasant, especially the receptionist, Alina. Celie and the Kids Club staff are excellent and our kids (ages 6 and 9) loved their experience at the club. Great restaurants near by including Sweet Spot and Tasca 26. - The snack bar is not available 24 hours 7 days a week (ie. around the clock). That is literally just the name of the snack bar, “24/7 Snack Bar”. Snacks are only available in between breakfast, lunch and dinner. - Several items require a refundable deposit including pool towels, the room safe and sports equipment. This gets annoying after a while and degrades the overall experience. - No full service spa; only limited weekday massage availability. - No iron for clothing available. - Limited specialty restaurant availability. The Nakko Steakhouse restaurant is only open on Fridays, so plan accordingly if interested. - Our friend, who was hoping to enjoy a glass of wine in his room while watching a movie after dinner, was asked to pour his wine from a glass into a paper cup upon leaving the dinner buffet because the staff said no glassware is allowed outside of the dining areas. This policy was inconsistently enforced as we watched several people leave the buffet with glassware on other occasions. - The security gate by the playground is not secure. It is used as a service gate for staff, so it does not require a key card or room key to access. You just push and enter. - The little kid pool was closed, which was a major decision point for our group traveling with children ranging in ages from 5 to 15. - Do not recommend visiting during the last weekend in March through first week in April. Unbeknownst to us prior to booking, the resort hosts a large group of children attending a fútbol/soccer tournament during this time annually. Hundreds of unruly and unsupervised children overran the resort during the initial portion of our stay which severely degraded our experience. The dining areas were overrun and we were unable to use a number of amenities including the gym, CrossFit area and the arcade due to the presence of this group. The gym was closed for 3 days while the group was present out of caution of the children breaking the 16+ older age restriction.

Unfortunately, our stay coincided with a soccer championship, and the resort was overrun by hundreds of kids. Aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed the buffet—with a special shout-out to the pastry chef! The property was very clean, and the staff were very personable.

It's not 24 hrs all inclusive at all. Restaurant are open just in meal times and it's just one restaurant open. I think the rest of restaurant open just in busy time. We asked for safe box, they asked a new charge. It was funny. There were a drunk person in midnight was fighting loudly and in one hr nobody could stop him at 3:00 am

Well located, close to a nice beach. Lots of entertainment options. Perfect for families with kids. The food was very good, with changing menus every day. Some of the entertainment options (games) were not working. Also some gym equipment was broken (however it was fixed after advising the staff).

The desserts could be better, too sweet to my taste

We stayed in the hotel in June, 2025. That was not our first visit in Algarve and I could state that up to now that is the best experience. We really enjoyed: rooms were clean and big enough to accommodate all of us (2 adults and 2 kids), pool and other facilities were clean and the food was truly exceptional. Staff members at the reception could have been a bit friendlier. They behave like we were supposed to know everything about the hotel and its rules which, obviously, was not true. Nothing rude or even abusing, but normally expects a bit more hospitality.

I have never been to an all-inclusive hotel that is as clean as Ukino Palmeiras Village. Even during rush hour at different meal times, the staff is incredibly efficient; I was astonished. Things can get messy with families and kids, but they definitely make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. The animation team/entertainment is pretty good too. We liked the fact that there's a different theme for dinner every day. The only thing I would point out is that the rooms are not very well insulated. I would wake up every now and then with someone talking in the corridor or bumping into the door. But aside from that, it was a near-perfect stay. I would recommend it and hopefully come back with my family.

Nighttime entertainment
-
A lot of entertainment for kids. The pools are very clean and in general the whole facilities are very clean. Staff was great except some few exceptions. 5 min walk to the nearest beach/ bay. The breakfast was very good but the lunch/dinner was okay however not really great. The pool at least for the kids could have been heated a little bit because it was still cold.
-
It were hard to find a place as many people and there were no sunbeds free.
-
The room is spacious and functional; food is plenty with good variety; did not get to use the pool as the water temperature is still cold. all inclusive perks; food can be accessed anytime; entertainment in the lounge area is decent nothing to dislike; everything we needed was there.
-
We liked the facilities overall, the staff was always very nice and helpful, the food was good and diverse. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that part of the activities the kids were supposed to do at the kids club were cancelled and we were not informed about it in advance, for some of them kids going there on purpose. The beds were not very comfortable and with air conditioning turned off during the night it was becoming too hot in the room.

We had a great stay at Ukino Palmeiras Village – 24h All Inclusive. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with all areas—from the rooms to the poolside—well-maintained and spotless. The buffet was rich and varied, offering plenty of options for every meal, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. One of the highlights was the 24-hour snack bar, which was super convenient, especially for late-night cravings or a quick bite between meals. If you're looking for high-end alcoholic drinks, you might be a bit underwhelmed—the selection is basic and not particularly strong in terms of quality—but this didn't take away much from the overall experience. Overall, it's a solid all-inclusive option with great food, cleanliness, and service.
