Julie and Carlos and the cook which unfortunately I forgot her name were the best!!!! They took care of us 100%!!! And when we booked with Julie, the van driver was such an amazing person. He was so informative and always made us laugh. Definitely recommend staying here and booking tours with them. The only thing is the walls are somewhat thin so you can hear pretty much everything outside your room and people talking in their room.

Everything! It was amazing. So close to everything. The tour guide Julie was super friendly and knowledgeable. I had an amazing stay. I’m definitely coming back There honestly really wasn’t nothing I didn’t like

-
10:00 curfew to get in.

Clean, location and staff

The noise of the happy town can be vividly heard in the rooms that face the street.
-
Great staff and location of the hotel. Room is comfortable, fresh breakfast in morning and very safe. Next to all the stores in Centro.
-
Good location, the hotel is nice, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was good and very complete. I will recommend this place We were located in the front room (in the direction of the main street), and it was too noisy, especially during the day is hard to rest, but the other rooms were occupied, and we couldn't change the room.

Very clean No elevator too many stairs

Everything is clean, nice and comfy beds. Our room had a little nice balcony. Our room was in front of a very noisy street, this was the only thing that I didn’t like. However towards 10 pm the street gets quieter and we had a good sleep.

If I'm honest, I didn't think this place was going to be as nice as it was. It definitely exceeded my expectations. And it was much larger than I expected as well. The staff were very friendly and we arrive early and asked if they could keep our bags and they actually let us check in early. It came with a breakfast that was really great!

Internet. Clean. Comfortable beds.

Best showers I've ever had. Good breakfast each day. Friendly staff. The middle of Calle 14, every store and restaurant at your fingertips. Between two parks, so you can walk to either and see the locals live life. Entrance is always locked, so you need to buzz staff to enter or exit.
-
There’s tons of homeless people outside of the hotel. They keep the hotel entry locked all the time and you have to ring the bell to get let in
-
Matrass and pillows were hard. The stairs.

The hotel is right smack in the commercial district just a few blocks from Parque Bolivar so it’s central if you want to do some shopping. However, I would not call it a “nice“ area. One thing I really liked about the area was so many interesting herbal and health stores. Fascinating like nothing I’ve seen in the United States. I didn’t like having no independent access to the exterior of the building and always felt bad when I had to ring the bell for the front desk ladies to let me in or let me out.
