I arrived at 9:30 PM and the lobby was closed. It took me a while to figure out that I was supposed to use a machine to get in. Did not realize the rooms were on the outside of the building and I had to haul my suitcase up the stairs.

Good location. Didn’t have breakfast. I’ve stayed with the B&an franchise on many occasions and have always been impressed. On this occasion, the room was really small and the decor felt a bit ‘tired’.

Room small, but comfortable. Ensuite. Good location. 5 minutes walk to bus. 20 minutes into Tram stop. 10 minutes by tram to city. Close to a nice swimming lake. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Great access by car to Le Mans 24 hour Race Track. The first afternoon I couldn't get into the area where the vending machines are, to grab something to eat. A staff member was in the reception area with the lights out cleaning. I had the feeling that she wanted to finish her cleaning and not open the door and be disturbed even though it is advertised to be open during certain times. Very annoying.

Great location - just a few minutes from the track. Easy self-checkin, we arrived past 1am and had no issues locating our room and getting in. The rooms are a bit worn out, the breakfast doesn't look great.

Almost brand new hotel, conveniently sited near the A10. Clean rooms. Happy to accept dogs. Good breakfast. Nice staff. The B&B App showed incorrect information on how to get to the nearby restaurants.
