We were upgraded from a double room to a queen which was greatly appreciated. Lovely, helpful staff member on check in. The breakfast has good variety. Location was a bit 'industrial area' vibe which we did not realise. However it was quiet for a Saturday. Nothing

Staff were absolutely lovely. Arrived Sunday evening and they directed us to nearby hotel that was open for dinner. Everyone polite and genuinely friendly.

Staff were friendly & accommodating as they moved their car so we could park ours safely. Small bathroom & very basic. Extra charge for tax & dog.

Isabelle was so helpful and is an asset to the hotel. Obviously takes a pride in her work. The meal was ok but maybe not worth the money.

Really helpful friendly staff. We arrived on a bank holiday and the lovely girl on reception helped us find a restaurant that was open ? Room was quite small,but spotlessly clean ,and having a kettle was a bonus. Comfy bed and nice breakfast too! Dog was welcome and good places to walk him. Easy parking . Great overnight stop!! Nothing to dislike
