Location and quality of food Service was a little bit too slow especially around lunch time. The room was clean however there could be some improvements such as the private pool needed to be clean from leaves and I’ve seen the cleaning lady washing the coffee mugs in the bathroom’s sink. For privacy purposes, I had preferred to have curtains in the bathrooms.

Service is a little slow and personally the restaurant is not worth it (we ordered a piece of meat which was not well cooked we couldn’t eat it, after waiting 1h for it…). The service can be more attentive when it comes to food and drinks by the pool for example, some days they were really proactive and came to ask us if we needed anything, some others we had to make the effort to go to the bar…

The property is gorgeous and peaceful, set amongst a valley of olive trees. The rooms feel very private, clean and comfortable. Nothing to mention.

I have trouble sleeping Often waking up several times a night. I noticed during a stay at the Retreat several years ago that I slept thru the night. It was no fluke Once again I have slept thru the night. Also, dinner is fantastic They could heat the large pool

Amazing and beautiful property and facilities. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful (shoutout to Giulia, Katerina and Michela for the incredible service). Highly recommend if you’re looking for a restorative luxury stay near Porto Cervo

Nice rooms, and comfortable. The atmosphere felt flat and lacked warmth or character. There were no distinctive details to make the experience feel special. Breakfast was a bit too basic and could benefit from more variety or thoughtful touches

Service, environment, food and location are all perfect! 10 out of 10 for sure.

The room, staff, service, spa, location, restaurant, everything about this place was exceptional. Nothing

The staff were mostly extremely friendly, helpful and professional. We liked the idea of the property as a place to relax although apart from the pool area and your room facilities there wasn’t a lot. We didn’t understand the Sauna, plunge pool, steam room concept and, assuming we understood correctly, a limit of one hour’s use. We didn’t bother. The restaurant was pleasant La Colti Farmhouse was a super evening. It was impossible to find. There is not one sign directing you to the property and TomTom listed a place five miles away. Even the marker at the entrance is not obvious (we drove past it three times). The need to have music playing all the time wasn’t restful for us, particularly day one when we were the only people sitting around the pool having to listen to something weird with an annoying beat. We asked for it to be turned down as close to off but not much happened. We left for our room.It was more reminiscent of a Spanish beach bar than a place to relax and read. We didn’t understand the eco bit at all and only realised it’s importance from the questionnaire we were asked to fill in. We weren’t able to as we didn’t understand them. We thought the nearly £1000 per night didn’t reflect value or satisfaction compared with the other stays during the trip.

Perhaps the restaurant - dinner menu and service - was slightly below expectations, still good but may need little extra push

Wonderful gem which provides a feel of luxury and serenity. The cuisine is exquisite, everything served looked and tasted phenomenal. The wine cellar had a rich selection and we tried some great wines there. Also the villas provide privacy for couples to enjoy. The spa was pleasant too.

The resort is a lovely gem...views of the water with the feeling of being secluded, away from traffic, hustle & bustle. The food was exceptional...bar drinks phenomenal. We loved the way the staff treated us like family and knew everything about our trip by the time we left. We will absolutely be back. The rooms are just lovely. The front porch is honestly one of our favorite spaces to relax and read. It never felt so remote that you were "alone"....but peaceful and befitting of a bit of barefoot luxury on the island. It's worth heading to a beach you research that is less crowded...we loved a little find that we had to hike to that shared a stretch with Nikki Beach. The ones that were closer to the property were too crowded for our liking. The pool could perhaps use a couple more loungers as we ended up sitting on benches/chairs when loungers were full. The cushioned seating area was available but for catching a nap in the sun a lounger would have been nice. Also, while the special farm dinner was a memorable event, the meal lasted much too long for our jet-lagged crew and literally filled us with twice the food we would normally order because it was a set menu. I would suggest you head into Porto Cervo to enjoy a dinner at one of the marina-front restaurants if you are looking for a luxury option off-site.

Staff was amazing and attentive (and provided ample restaurant recommendations - thanks Valentina and Teresa!), breakfast was amazing and the facilities were gorgeous. Cascioni is an unbelievable eco retreat with lovely facilities that make you relax the moment you step foot on the property. We enjoyed a massage and multiple meals - one of the highlights was the welcome party the hotel threw for all guests and friends of the hotel, complete with live jazz band and delicious bites and wine! Everything exceeded expectations but if we had to highlight one item, it would be to provide better facility / general information in room, i.e. a typical hotel folder with all the pertinent info like restaurant hours, wifi password, etc.

This is a gorgeous boutique hotel in the countryside. We enjoyed all the facilities and our stunning room/suite with a pool. The staff were amazing, as was the delicious food, both at the hotel and the sister restaurants nearby.

Rooms were genuinely excellent - very spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Beautiful grounds and garden and pool. The pool is bigger than it looks in photos and very quiet with great views. The spa/sauna area was lovely. Great location to drive to nearby towns. Breakfast was a little shambolic - had to re-order items multiple times before they arrived. The buffet was cute but often seemed lean and not replenished- perhaps would be better off serving small buffet portions to the table or replenishing general buffet more often. They could benefit by offering a clear single menu of the available extras and their cost (eg, wine tasting available - but at extra cost, but sauna and spa is free). Those aspects (breakfast and multiple menus / offerings without clarity on price) lacked the polish of other Small Luxury Hotels where I have stayed (eg Lumiares in Lisbon). Having said that, the actual accom and facilities were divine and pools were delightful - would recommend, hence the high rating.

One of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in, surrounded by nature. The spa is amazing, the rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated.
