Stunning exclusive hotel set in amazing surroundings in the countryside with amazing views. Service was excellent everybody was very attentive. Made to feel welcome from the moment you drive into the resort. Excellent breakfast. Alcoholic drinks were super expensive there is literally no need to have to pay 40 euros for a glass of sparkling wine

Mayla was wonderful Bed frame was too low - easy to hit head regardless of height when getting in or out of bed

LIKED: pool beautiful, views beyond imaginable, Michelin restaurant amazing, breakfast amazing, staff VERY helpful, bath robe wonderful, evening compliments nice. Did not like: first room that was offered was with a strong smell of mold, however hotel upgraded us..second room was very cold, one conditioner did not work, but eventually room warmed up, toilettories are not good-smelled funny and were not enjoyable, would suggest to change them…and you need to WAIT for everything :) check in took an hour or more. Overall: place for romance, but need some upgrades.

Exceptional

Location was sensational. The town of San Pantaleo was just beautiful. Food and service was impeccable. There was a water pump that made a lot of noise we could hear from our room which was annoying.

Rooms and view were amazing and the most comfortable bed ever. Breakfast was good. Staff exceptional. Fabulous village down the road. Nothing

An exceptional property and staff. Great location but you definitely need a car to visit local towns and areas. Loved the personal service, hotel facilities were beautiful and restaurants offered great food. Breakfast was outstanding! Nothing - perfect!

Bed was a little too firm

This hotel is an attractive new property. The views from the dining room and the pool area were delightful. Our room was good size and well appointed. The breakfast was fine. Room service was prompt and good quality. The staff were superb. The room had a good size private patio, but it lacked any view of the countryside or anything else of interest.

We didn’t like the noise in the room, it felt like we are with the other guests in the same room, we explained this and they knew about this situation as we were not the first guests to complain about the noise, so even if they were aware of the situation and it was our honeymoon they didn’t do anything about. This was very frustrating and disappointing.

Property is good, services good. Room very small, facing parking, AC didn't work. No value fir money. I had a feeling that because bookingbwas done before booking.com, I was given worst room compared to people who booked directly with them.

Beautiful spot with lovely views. The suites with private pools - which allow remarkable views - are particularly special. Extremely tastefully appointed and its gardens beautifully designed and maintained, consistent with Relais & Chateaux’s high standards. Staff provides exceptional service - anticipating and responding to guests’ needs with extraordinary promptness, efficiency and care. Beds are super comfortable and food is excellent. (The property houses a restaurant with a decorated Michelin starred chef). The lighting in the bathrooms could be improved.

This was the best hotel we stayed in over the two weeks of our honeymoon. We travelled around Sicily and Sardinia and Petra was the highlight. The staff were incredible - they would drop everything to help you. The food was out of this world. Would recommend trying out all three restaurants - you won’t regret it. Nothing
