Turismo Rurale Lu Stazzu Arzachena

The room was nice and big and with access to the garden. Everything was clean. Sadly there were a few things that ended up bothering us during our stay. The biggest thing was that the water in the shower didn't heat up properly. It would stay warm for a bit but then it would get colder. We even had to warn the staff about it and a technician said we had to wait like 5 minutes for the water to heat up again but it didn't work. So we had to shower with lukewarm water, that was more cold than warm. Also, only when we arrived we were told that the bathroom water wasn't potable. Even if the place provided us two water bottles in the fridge, it would had been nice to know this in advance. Another annoying thing is that the blowdryer in the bathroom barely worked. It wasn't strong enough to dry anything, and in the last two days of our stay it stopped working. I would advise the staff to replace those blowdryers. Lastly, only after booking the place we were told that breakfast was only available from June to September. Not sure if I missed this information somewhere in the page, but when I first found the page of this place it said it had breakfast, which was one of our deciding factors. So please make it more obvious so that other people will know.

Perfect place to stay since the towns are very busy

There was nothing left to be desired at this property. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and private. The owner and staff were so passionate about their restaurant and hotel. The standards of excellence they hold themselves to is unmatched. This was our second time staying here and we will always choose this accommodating when in the area. The restaurant is so good that we went twice during our stay. The ambience is incredible at night. It's truly amazing to see the urgency and attention to detail the staff has on a busy night. Place ran like a well oiled machine! Overall, I love this place and how the staff made me feel on my trip. Truly welcoming and so kind. Nothing!

Beautiful location: 15 minute drive from the most popular attractions. The owners, Giuliana, Roberta, and Bruna were incredibly welcoming, kind, and friendly. The restaurant has a magical atmosphere, and the food is simply delicious. Nothing.

We had a lovely stay at this peaceful and charming hotel surrounded by nature, yet conveniently close to Arzachena old town, Costa Smeralda, and just 30 minutes from Olbia Airport. The property is spacious, clean, and very well maintained. Our room was beautifully designed with a large glass door, a comfortable desk and chair, a fridge, air conditioning/heating, a TV, and a generous wardrobe with hangers — everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The on-site restaurant served a delicious dinner, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout. Although breakfast wasn’t available in mid-April, the overall experience still felt complete. The quiet atmosphere made it feel like we had the place to ourselves — a hidden gem! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Thank you so much for hosting us — we wish you all the best and hope to visit again on our next trip to Sardinia! Now for a few small points to be aware of: when we arrived, it was raining heavily and the entrance wasn’t clearly marked, but the owner kindly guided us over the phone and we checked in easily. We had a minor issue with hot water running out quickly — after some research, we found the boiler had a 50-litre capacity and needed time to refill between showers. The owner was quick to help and even moved us to a bigger room, which we appreciated. The bed was made up of two single mattresses pushed together, which separated a bit during the night, but we managed to make it work. Small improvements like a towel rack in the bathroom and a shelf for toiletries would make the experience even better.

Facilites were really good. Nice shower pressure with no water leaking onto the floor. Hot water comes quickly. Lovely outside space. It would be nice to have savoury options at breakfast, like cheese, ham or butter to put on bread. Everything was sweet… Still, the breakfast was really good (just too much sugar every morning).

Amazing accommodation. The attention to detail was immaculate, the room was clean, it was a comfortable stay for my partner and I. We didn’t know what to expect but now know why there are hardly any negative reviews about this place. It is absolutely gorgeous at nighttime and the restaurant upstairs is incredible as well. We have already chosen to return here for our next visit to Sardinia.

Everything was great. The host was very friendly and provided us with everything we needed. Thank you for that! ❤️ The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Great location to reach many destinations around. Would live to come back. ❤️ It was a pity that their restaurant didn't work... We came for my birthday, so we expected to dine here. However, the host provided us with dishes, so we could have simple snacks and breakfast in the terrace.

Our stay at Turismo Rurale Lu Stazzu (Arzachena) was exceptional, thanks to the warm and accommodating host, Roberta, and her family. The sweet breakfast spread was a delightful treat, and the view from the restaurant was simply breathtaking. The serene environment provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, and the modern, well-appointed, beautifully designed wood interior room and bathroom were a testament to the attention to detail. Moreover, we had the pleasure of savoring two remarkable dinners at their on-site restaurant, an experience that elevated our stay to new heights. Highly recommended for those seeking a tranquil getaway and an exceptional dining experience.

Everything was great - communication with the host, smooth check-in, rooms, cleanliness, location & breakfast. Very nice & helpful staff - they helped us with logistic & sight-seeing questions. We had dinner there too and the Sardinian t-bone was phenomenal. Nothing.

Everything was perfect, the location is beautiful in the middle of the country side but very near to Cannigioni and the Smeralda Coast. The rooms are very clean and they have a restaurant there where we could eat and enjoy the views! All the personal is very warm and helpful
