Rooms were clean and confortable The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff was friendly and did a great job every day. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of our experience. The rest of the staff provided some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a hotel. Most employees seemed unfriendly and acted as if they were doing guests a favor rather than providing hospitality. One of the biggest disappointments was the lunch buffet. We paid €35 per adult (and €25 for children), expecting a decent meal. Instead, there were very few options, and what was available was poor quality. The fish was watery and flavorless, and almost everything was disappointing except for the small pizzas. We shared our feedback with the front desk, not expecting a refund, but simply hoping for some acknowledgment or concern. Instead, the response was complete indifference. There was no apology, no effort to improve the situation, and no attempt to make things right. Another frustrating experience involved something as simple as ordering a Coke. I asked if I could have one and was told only wine and juice were included, which was perfectly understandable. I then said I was happy to pay for a Coke separately, but I was still told “No, you can’t.” I was instructed to leave the restaurant, go to the outside bar, buy a Coke there, and then return. When my daughter went to the outside bar to buy two Cokes to bring back into the restaurant, she was told she wasn’t allowed to bring them inside. The attitude of the staff during this entire interaction was unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. The beach towel deposit was another unpleasant experience. We needed four towels, which required a €10 cash deposit for each towel. I was in a hurry and asked if the deposit could simply be charged to my room, or if I could pay the cash later that day. The staff reacted as though I had asked for something unreasonable.

Clean Wifi is nonexistent.

Good beds and showers. The booking website said “Free Shuttle”, but the receipt did not include the free shuttle. This would have been a value of $250, as we asked taxi drivers about it. We informed the hotel that we were disappointed by this and we informed booking.com, but neither have reacted to this additional cost that we incurred.

Good location, friendly staff Our checkin process was rushed and we were told we could parallel park, but ended up with a parking ticket. We had no working AC our entire stay. We arrived at 9pm, left for dinner (the hotel has no food options past 10) so we drove to another area. No room service available either. When we got back the ac still was not working. The front desk did not have anyone available to provide us with another room, just someone covering the desk over night. We were told the maintenance staff was not available and the guy from the front desk attempted to fix our unit with no avail. We had to sleep with the windows and doors open and barely got any sleep because our room was 27 celcius, next to a parking lot and loud. There was also a few bugs found in the room. We were offered no options or resolutions.

The breakfast was good. the place is very tired and more of a summer camp style for kids. I was pretty disappointed, the photos did not match my expectations. The rooms are very tired. My door handle fell off at one stage.
