Hilton Garden Inn Asheville Downtown

My room was large and allowed me to work when not at my conference. I did not use the breakfast as my conference provided that. I would have gone elsewhere anyway as the price was pretty high. The roof top patio had good food and a nice view of the sunset.

Overall great. Just staff is super busy and not very helpful. I guess they are short staffed especially on weekends

My biggest complaint about Hilton Garden Downtown Asheville is that the bathtub in my room DID NOT have an anti-slip surface nor an anti-slip mat in the tub. It felt very slippery while showering. Thankfully there was a "grab-bar" installed so that helped. Otherwise, I felt very unsafe while showering.

I was very impressed with the quality of this Hilton Garden Inn hotel. Very clean and comfy.

Clean and modern facility within a 10 minute walk to many restaurants and the art museum. On-site (paid) parking. Evening shuttle service (4-10p). Helpful and friendly front desk and restaurant staff. It is near the fire station, so there are occasional loud sirens, even during the night.

The staff is so incredibly kind and cheerful. The facilities were clean, the rooms were large, and the entire experience was easy!

Nice hotel, great service

Amazing place in a great location! The ladies at check in were so nice and even gave us a ride to a little bar around the corner.

My favorite aspects were the location, the rooftop bar and the shuttle service. What I didn’t like was no free breakfast and the housekeeper did not clean the bathroom, they only changed towels and sheets.

It was walking distance to downtown great staff. They also have a shuttle that takes you anywhere downtown and pick you up 4 o’clock to 11 o’clock.

Wonderful stay. Close enough to downtown to walk to everything.

Love The Pillar Rooftop bar!! Location was perfect! The only thing was the room had a smell. Not sure if just the old carpeting or the old carpet with dog smell .

We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly our room was clean and the rooftop bar was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel if visiting Asheville NC.

The rooftop bar was amazing with views of the mountains, good drinks and great bartenders! The rooms were clean and spacious. Great location to walk to restaurants and Harrah's Conference Center for the Lord Huron concert.

Staff is exceptional

Perfect place to use as a home base for our weekend trip! Reagan at the front desk was most helpful!!
