Very clean and great views! Bed was comfortable and the location was perfect!

Very nice All the plugs in the hotel except one worked phones were dead whole visit unless we charged them and a restaurant or bar. They charged me 25 a day to park after already renting hotel room which cost me my daily deposit of 75 dollars

This is the second time in 3 years I have stayed here and the pool/hot tub wasn’t open. Being as that was one of the primary reasons we selected this hotel, it was a little frustrating. When my girlfriend went to hang her towel, the hook you would hang your towel on came off the wall and cracked a quarter-sized piece of the bathtub off. Hotel staff was kind and responsive about the issue. My primary concern is being charged in incidental, but it seems like that isn’t gonna happen so I’m OK with it. All in all, it was a decent experience with a few hiccups.

Hop on hop off bus tour was a must for getting a feel of the area. It was hot and humid n Asheville. A pool would have been great.

Location was convenient.

I booked this as a girls night out with my best friend. We were very excited to use the patio area….under the impression on the pictures. The patio was dead and no bar. Also no ambient lighting like in the pic. Otherwise we had a great time. But had the patio been like the images we would have had an amazing time.i would still recommend this hotel, I just hope they fix the patio.

Great location to walk around downtown, lovely view. Rooms were everything you need, breakfast was delicious

From the front desk to the coffee clerk at breakfast this morning, our stay was 5-star! Everyone was extremely helpful, joyful, and genuinely appeared happy to be working there. Our room was beautiful and clean and the bed was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice hotel and we are happy about the room. The only complain about is breakfast. We stayed 2 nights and the first breakfast we were not given any coupons for it so that they almost charged the breakfast fee but the nice server crossed it out. (Breakfast was included in our hotel price) She was a very kind and also friendly server. The second breakfast on Aug 11th, I wanted to try the Omelette. There was a male server there but he was not friendly or I have to say, that he looked upset and how he made omelette was like "I do not care how it will taste..." I was very disappointed. He did not great us when we stood in front of him. Other than that, I would stay at this hotel again.

Lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable. Room was great for relaxing in and enjoying the view

This is an older but well maintained hotel. Really the only things showing their age were the elevators and the air conditioning units. The room was very clean with no smell, and the beds were extremely comfortable. No noise issues even though the hotel is downtown. The breakfast buffet and made to order omelets are well above average. They would be pricey if bought a la carte, I got a deal when adding them to the room ahead of time, making it very worth it.

Once again the bar was very Kate with dinner. I wait over an hour again just for a small appetizer. This is my second time experiencing this.
