Thanks great experience !!!

Nice rooms. Huge bathrooms/shower/jetted tub. Good sized separate bedroom. Full kitchen. More like a timeshare unit than a hotel room. Balcony off the living room was great to sit outside in the morning and evening. Location and proximity to the Biltmore was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My stay was great, the staff was great. Everything I needed was in my room. Only issues I had was the other guests didn’t care how loud they were.

Perfect for my family! Love that it’s more like a condo than a hotel.

The property was so beautiful. We had a king standard suite chef kiss. There was absolutely nothing. I did not like about this property.

location living room TV did not turn on refrigerator water did not work some of the silverware in the kitchen cabinets not clean

Beautiful, safe area with many things to do and places to dine and shop. Price per night was very reasonable. Plenty of parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Relaxing balcony off living room. Housekeeping was very attentive. Even with some issues, it was a gorgeous, comfortable unit. We needed the sleeper sofa and pulled it out to use it and there was a large blood stain on the mattress. No bedding provided. Hotel was told and replaced mattress very next day! Master bathroom shower drained very slowly. Cobwebs in many areas of ceiling. Missing tv remote in guest bedroom. Two nightstand lamps were inoperable because the cords were pinched between wall and headboard (screwed to wall). Dining room light fixture had burned out bulb. Underneath the bottom drawer in refrigerator was filthy. Heard lots of foot traffic and banging in unit above ours. We told staff about issues and they were very receptive to fixing so hopefully they do.

It was a great place to stay and we really enjoyed it. Only complaint I have is the WiFi was going in and out.

Even thing great stay Needs More elevator i got the last area where they had elevator

We liked our room but found that the water pressure for the kitchen sink was poor. This did not affect the dishwasher because the dishes did come out clean and the pressure in the shower and toilet was good. The furnishings were aged; however, the King bed was very comfortable. Limited dishware. The room was spacious and clean. Services were good and the grounds clean. Quite surroundings and easy access to building and room. The room was well used; just needs to be "freshened"

Location Water was cold, toilet seat was broken.

The staff is Great! The Ease and Convenience to all area attractions and restaurants, is Great, and it is is pet friendly! On-site Restaurant was not open, Hot Tub at pool area, was not usable/under repair.

Bed was terrible but that’s really my only complaint

Our stay was still a great time despite the rain throughout the week. Staff is informative and polite. The room was completely clean and furnished. The wifi did went out for a couple of hours but no harm on that. Would definitely come back for the stay

We love to stay here. It's convenient for us to stay here because we always go to Biltmore, and it is just across the square. This is the only place we have stayed at in Asheville since the first time we stayed here. We did find a couple of dirty dishes found in the oven.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The accommodations were wonderful. Felt very safe and comfortable. Very cozy. Fully equipped. Staff even replaced coffee packs as needed. Really enjoyed the balcony. Was dog friendly which was very much appreciated. It was not that I did not like it as it was most likely just a temporary inconvenience while I was there. The elevators were down where I was staying which was not bad for me but could be for those who can not navigate stairs or who may have a hard time carrying weight up and down the steps. The hot tub was also out of service which was disappointing. I would have used that after my 12 hour drive there and the many hikes I took.
