I would stay here again.

This is the perfect place to stay in Ashville! It is directly across from the entry gate for Biltmore so it was perfect for our stay. Every meal we ate here was exceptional from breakfast to room service it was all wonderful!

The pictures of the rooms are nowhere close to what the rooms look like and while they are gorgeous, there are no views. Except maybe of the McDonald’s outside. This is more like a two star hotel, not a four star.

From the spa to Stag, the restaurant on property did not disappoint. The only thing disappointing was we couldn’t stay longer!!

Beautiful and unique property with excellent service and amenities. We were greeted with complimentary champagne, enjoyed our room, ate on site, ordered room service, and used the valet, as well as booked spa services. Highly recommend!

Clean spacious room. Staff was super friendly and valet parking was easy and quick. Restaurant on site was great. I used the gym and it was great. Great location and very close to the Biltmore.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were 10/10. It felt safe and easy, very relaxing No parking option except valet - they just park in an open air lot across the road from the entrance of the hotel but charge $35 a day and do not offer a self park option.

Liked the atmosphere in the lobby, bar and rooms but restaurant very pricey for dinner so ate elsewhere in town. Rooms were spacious and very nice. Stayed during an extreme heat wave so a pool would have been a real plus.

The bellmen/valet were exceptionally great. Not only did they hustle to bring the car, they gave us water bottles when we left on adventures and asked to take any trash as we returned. They gave us tips about the area and were extremely dog friendly.

Atmosphere

Great location

The hotel is beautiful but the staff leaves much to be desired. We got 2 rooms for 6 nights, spent money at the restaurant, overnight parking, room service, and yet they refused to ship a small item we left behind (housekeeping took it by mistake) unless we paid a $25 shipping fee. I’m disappointed by their poor customer service at the front desk. All other staff was good.

Exceptional

We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was, and all staff we interacted with were very accommodating and helpful.

Loved everything! Wish the sheets were just a little softer but no real issue!
