Great Place to stay. VERY close to the Biltmore entrance. Only a gas station between Baymont and Texas Roadhouse, so we walked!

The best thing about this property is it's proximity to tourist sites and the downtown Asheville. It's definitely and older property with only one small slow elevator. The front desk staff was not overly welcoming. The cleaning crew was superb. The breakfast was cooked early and my stomach did not tolerate it, but they had a good variety for all tastes. The pool was nice, and the jaccuzi was too warm for my skin. There was plenty of parking, although it was packed every night. There's coffee shops at walking distance and a gas station with a convenient store next to the hotel. Overall I would give it a 3.5.
