The staff was very responsive. The one breakfast we had at the hotel was delightful. We had two French guests with us, and the waiter immediately started speaking to them in fluent French. I was very impressed with this hotel, from arrival to departure.

The hotel was elegantly decorated and very clean. And the staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Front desk staff was super friendly, knowledgable about the area & so helpful. It was clear the hotel was about to begin construction on the property which did not allow access to the full parking lot, but there was still enough parking out front. We loved that there was a small Biltmore museum to visit in the hotel too!

The staff was amazing! Kind and welcoming. The room was clean. Overall ambiance was dark: low lighting and dark red and gold colors. It fits with the history of the area being a “roaring 20’s” thanks to Vanderbilt. The room was comfortable and bed was in good condition. Bathroom was small! Stayed in a single king-size room.

No way to shut off bathroom fan it was to loud for me room was dated wallpaper open at the seems staff was excellent though

Property just looks old and worn out. While the front desk clerk was polite and helpful in giving us a quiet room it did not outweigh the fact that the room needed to be refreshed. The lack of a complimentary breakfast is almost unheard of these days.
