AC Hotel by Marriott Asheville Biltmore Village

Had a fantastic stay. The rooms were very well done, clean & private. The pool was amazing. We just had such a great time. Everything in the hotel (the amenities & comfort level, restaurant on site ) was just amazing. Everything was comfortable for us and affordable

Spacious clean room, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Overall a very enjoyable stay, close to shopping and restaurants.

The employees were cordial and professional, but the building was understaffed and they were not well trained. I do not recommend.

$17 for breakfast plus gratuity. Desk staff not pleasant. Only one person smiled or made us feel welcome. Purchased two items from concession stand. Took 5 minutes to determine what we owed. Won't go back.

Super Clean, modern facility, comfortable bed with great staff. Location (short walking distance)was great to see a show at French Broad Brewery

Ok, this hotel was sort of staying in like a weird apartment complex. The bar in the lobby seemed to never be open and never have any customers when it was open.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect. The staff was absolutely great from the time we checked in, to the lady that waited on us at the restaurant/bar. The young lady that helped my grandson with his breakfast. We were very lucky, we had the pool and the hot spa all to ourselves.

The hotel was very nice. The area around the hotel had homeless people hanging around.

Hotel was very close to entrance of Biltmore. It was extremely clean and staff, especially bartender, were kind and professional. The breakfast was confusing. It wasn’t explained that it was free but several things could be added on for a upcharge. No towels at pool.

The AC Marriott Biltmore Village location was awesome! The lobby and room were nice, clean, and smelled great. The staff were friendly as well. Finn especially provided great customer service at check-in! I would highly recommend this location and would return for another stay.

Good stay. A little visually sterile (with 17 shades of gray decor) but overall clean with everything in working order.
