Clarion Pointe Biltmore Village

The breakfast was minimal but the place is clean.

But if you are a light sleeper, this is not the road for you. It's on a very busy road with lots of traffic. And apparently all the ambulances go down this road to the hospital, sirens blaring. Plus the doors and the walls seemed paper thin. So a nice little hotel off the interstate, but very noisy.

An excellent value…clean and convenient

This property is real close to the Biltmore Estate and within minutes from good food places. The odd this is that you have to go up a steep entrance into Texas Roadhouse and then drive to the right of it to get to the hotel. It is located up on a hill looking down onto a busy 4 lane street but it was so quiet especially on the backside. We came early and they accommodated us by having us wait a half an hour then got us right in.

Clean, quiet room. Good nights sleep and a hot breakfast. Can’t ask for better.

My room and bathroom were both clean. The bed was very comfortable. AC worked well. Nice selection for breakfast. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful.

The beds were very hard. The staff was excellent, but price was different when I booked and was double that of what was advertised, it ended up being as expensive as the top tier hotels. Even with the staff being great I wouldn’t pay that price and stay there again.

I found the place easily The rug in front of the refrigerator was saturated. I reported this in the morning and was told it would be fixed but when I returned to the room the next day the same problem existed. It was in a main walkway of the room and unavoidable. I contacted the number I was given to make a complaint and ask about compensation for this unacceptable condition but I got no response.
