Reviews
-
Excellent staff made us feel very comfortable and taken care of...very convenient to Biltmore village and downtown.
-
Great location, free breakfast, staff was very helpful
-
Good place to stay. Not in a busy part of Asheville which was what we were hoping for.
-
Breakfast wasn't anything fancy. No bread or toaster. Air conditioning was great.
-
The front desk folks were really friendly. We got a room in the back and there was no road noise.

Note that there is no streaming TV available, nor the ability to change inputs for a streaming stick. You are stuck watching their selection. Their workspace is a computer without a chair in the lobby. The location is very convenient to Biltmore and downtown and is set up more for tourists than business travel. There are a few restaurants within walking distance plus a fridge with microwave in the room (and snacks plus wine available to purchase in the lobby). The parking lot pull around from the back can not accommodate any trailers, u-hauls, etc due to a very tight turn radius in two places. Felt comfortable leaving the car in the parking lot and walking around the very well-lit immediate area.

The room itself was fine and clean. It has a continental breakfast included which was decent but is only open to 9:30am. But I would not recommend this hotel unless you have no other choice based on the parking situation and overall unfriendly customer service.

Unfortunately, the pool was being serviced, so we were not able to use it. That was one of the things that was upsetting, because the whole reason we picked this place was for the pool. The only other suggestion I have is that you not spray all that fragrant air freshener, because a lot of people have allergies, including myself, and it took an hour in the door open to hear it out. However everything else was excellent. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. It was very close to the biltmore.

It is quite difficult to get the soap, shampoo and conditioner out of the plastic bottles on the walls. Take shampoo. Use the bar soap provided.

Clean room and friendly staff

Rooms were cleaned daily!

Location was convenient but it’s in the middle of Hwy

The room was clean. The a/c worked. Getting to this hotel is a little difficult. You have to go through the Texas Roadhouse parking lot which is hard during busy times. I booked my room for two nights and on day two before my last night there, they cut off my card keys for no reason. I went to the front desk and they reactivated them with no apologies or explanation. Weird. Otherwise it’s a budget friendly stay. Older for sure. But okay.

Staff was great. Hotel lived up to expectations.

Very noisy in rooms on front
-
Room was very clean, we did not go to the breakfast, a/c was fine. It was difficult to get to, you have to go through a Texas Roadhouse parking lot which is a bit scary and small. It is noisy especially if you have a room on the front and is set up motel style with doors outside. Parking is tight. Very close to many activities we were going to and no hair dryer.
-
The staff was disrespectful, the night front desk guy yelled at me. Not recommend coming to this hotel.

Everything else about the stay was amazing
-
Nothing.

Muy bien
