Stay was great

Rooms was clean, breakfast was good

That roll in shower is nice to walk into but floods the bathroom requiring mopping with the towels placed as barrier to more flooding. Also rooms with a large table should accommodate 2 people but only one chair so if eating in, we cant sit at the table oh well😊

Easy location

I left my jacket in the room after checking out and Myra called me as soon as it was found. I am so impressed with the wonderful staff!

Best place I have stayed to accomplish handicapped. Complimentary breakfast very good. All staff very nice and helpful

This was upscale and a nice luxury

The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good. The breakfast, although included, was ok. Will stay again.

Stayed 5 days and there never was BACON on the breakfast menu...waffles were the best--- different flavors were interesting.

Clean, convenient No answer

A couple of negatives, however. The shower doors made it hard to get in or out of the shower without making a mess when the water was turned on. Also, I would have preferred 2-ply toilet paper and tissues.

Excellent location with access in less than 30 minutes to different attractions

The use of washing machines was helpful after cleaning muddy clothes from running back to back Spartan races

The staff greeted us warmly and were excellent and timely getting us checked in. The rooms were clean and the room was quiet.

The room was clean and well maintained. We I’ll book it again if we come back to the area.

Nice, clean, friendly and close to the Biltmore. Perfect for our stay.

Convenient location to The Biltmore, access to the major highways. The room was enormous. Breakfast was complete including a variety of food like waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, biscuits depending on the day . A couple of minor items: slow water draining in the sink, empty shampoo dispenser.

Nice, newly redone property in a fantastic location. Wonderful customer service, clean and well maintained campus, and good offerings for breakfast every morning. Will keep in mind for future visits to the area.
