Great location. Easy walking distance to many downtown attractions. I would stay there again.

We love this hotel so much! They did a cool job of converting a 100-year-old office building into a cool hotel. Don’t miss the rooftop bar!
-
Beautiful hotel close to great restaurants and music venues!

Really unique hotel in a restored 1920's office building. They have done great job adding modern style rooms while maintaining the historic character complete with an old fashion elevator with operator, roof top bar, and even a secret speakeasy. It also has a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant on the property. Great location for exploring downtown Asheville. Cool building, great location, clean modern rooms and an excellent staff waiting to greet you with a glass of prosecco. Will be my go to for stays in downtown Asheville.

A lovely experience in downtown Asheville. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The only thing I would say is there’s not really a good lobby area -. It’s on the second floor and kind of ordinary. But it overall was a lovely time.

We absolutely loved it there! All staff were helpful, welcoming and friendly. Room was great! Rooftop bar and speakeasy were a fun bonus! Would stay there again!

Great hotel. Simple but well needed amenities. No gym which I didn’t realize until there but walking around the neighborhood made up for that. Beautiful downtown with everything available at your fingertips. Cafe and restaurant were amazing too! Highly recommended!!

Property is very nice and clean, but they try to keep everything in 1st class, but somehow, they have a problem cheapest toilet paper, just bringing it to their attention. They should upgrade it, also the elevators are used by the staff and they come in with cards while guests are there, it’s really not proper. Hope this was helpfull. Thank you.

Unbelievably great experience here. The most hospitable staff at any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. They made our anniversary trip perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough. Great location. Clean. Beautiful. Go experience it yourself

Location was great; staff were terrific; rooftop patios had great views but crowded; nice art deco, historic building. Free drink upon arrival. Small room; uncomfortable bed and chair; small bathroom; very slow elevator; valet parking area small and hard to park.
-
parking was close and accessible too bad that i could not reserve at the bar downstairs great hotel !!! and phantastic renovation that has been done. staff at reception Friday afternoon was really good and helpfull (the young man)

Great location and newly renovated. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Missing a pool and fitness center. The pet barking situation was unbearable a few days when the owners left the dog alone all evening. Very frustrating to hear barking many hours at bed time. Unacceptable behavior.. hotel should have kicked the people out. Lacked a proper lobby..

Staff is friendly and helpful. Love the rooftop breakfast and happy hour.

-
Great location with awesome shower. Rooms were on the smaller side.
-
Plain and simple....a very cool hotel. Great location, amazing staff, cool vibe, and just a neat place to spend a weekend.
-
Beautiful building but you can hear everything outside. We woke up multiple times from homeless people screaming and fighting outside the building.
-
The really cool thing about flat iron hotel. Is it's like a museum? And the fact that it's so historical, the place is very clean. The staff is super helpful and the restaurants and the bars are top.Notch, this place is so nice to stay at my wife and I had a very romantic getaway for our anniversary, and I would recommend this place to anybody.

Special touches are left in the immaculate rooms, as well as, recognition in the hotel restaurant, Luminosa, for for special occasions like birthdays and anniversarys. Love the beverage station on each floor and fascinating historical notes for the hotel restoration. For a former office building in the shape of a flat iron and now a hotel, some rooms are a little tight but the beautiful views make you quickly forget! Treat yourself to a great stay in Asheville...we are already planning our return!

This hotel is truly an amazing treasure only to be understood by the experience.
