Downtown Inn and Suites

The property is very dated, but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The water pressure in the bathroom was low. Parking was kind of a mess as the lot is tight. But the location was great and it suited our purposes and the price was great!

The property is old but it is clean and the staff was outstanding. The location is right in the center of town within walking distance of most of the best breweries, pubs and restaurants. The parking is tight but it is complementary, unlike most hotels in Asheville. Breakfast starts at 6:30. It is simple but like the parking, complementary.

Everything was clean, for the price it was very nice. Accessible to Everything downtown. Everyone was very nice. Would absolutely stay again! And only 5 minutes from Starbucks. And 40 minutes from looking glass falls. Absolutely amazing.

Good for the price and location

Very comfortable and clean, the breakfast had limited options but still good considering it was included. The parking lot was very tight, but staff was accommodating and there are 2 overflow lots when the main lot gets full. Its something you can make do with considering it is the only hotel downtown with on-site patking!

Looked around here cos of a show at the Asheville yards. Did not realize how close it was till we got there. The inn was an old building, but had been kept up well. Had all the modern essentials. Shower was very small and I and not a tall person at all. Free breakfast was good, mostly waffles going on. But they had fruit and bagels, and coffe and juice. Parking is difficult but they offer free parking at nearby lots. Overall it was a good hotel, no complaints. No complaints.

Very comfortable bed, very clean bathroom. The coffee making facilities in the room were great (but some tea would have been nice too). Great location for exploring Asheville and very reasonably priced.

Good location

The room was clean. The proximity to so much in the area was by far the high point of the stay. I was able to experience a very nice restraunt and several shops I would never have found searching the web. I took a couple of evenings strolls and smells of the foods from various eateries was amazing. It was also nice to have a couple beers and be literally a two minute walk back to the room. Oh, let's not forget the pinball museum. This was a great choice. The only downside: I'm an early to bed kinda guy, the shear volume of activity made getting to sleep early pretty much impossible. That said, I will do this again

Our stay was very nice. I would maybe ask for a higher floor and in the back. Traffic was a bit loud nothing the hotel can control

VERY convenient to downtown. Makes the visit to Asheville very walkable. The price you pay for that convenience is a pretty run down hotel with less than adequate parking spaces.
