We all enjoyed the location of the hotel. We walked to an amazing rooftop dinner downtown and enjoyed a perfect evening in Asheville! The room was very relaxing and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated that we might have had coffee or breakfast at the hotel...but we discovered that we had just enough time to enjoy one of downtown Asheville's acclaimed breakfast spots instead. I'd have loved to give you a good breakfast review...

The facility was very clean and well appointed. The shower pressure was excellent. The personal care products in the bathroom were fantastic. The air conditioning was a bit of an issue. It was rather noisy, but you were either cold or hot so you were constantly waking up to adjust your covers.

Very nice hotel with nice staff in a good location. I was not a fan of the "valet only" parking....just generally do not like when hotels do that. It feels like a way to severely overcharge for parking instead of letting guests just self park.

Cons: Close to the highway, will definitely hear the highway noise. No pool, hot tub, or sauna.
