Embassy Suites By Hilton Asheville Downtown

Overall a great stay!

My one complaint is the $30/night parking charge. Embassy needs to be more forthcoming about this as I would not have stayed there if I had known this.

When we first entered The Embassy Suite it was a wonderful experience. Head manager was awesome! We saw that he was Very hands on throughout our visit. Kitchen manager was great as well.She was Very pleasant and hands on as well! Definitely a Great Experience from beginning to end!

Nice stay at Embassy. The pool was smaller than we expected, but served the basic purpose. The made to order omelettes was top tier… kudos to the cooks who made it happen for so many of us guests in a short amount of time. The evening reception was also nice and the nibbles were a nice touch. Overall a good stay.

Hotel was in a great location, very clean. Parking was valet only and $30 a day which was annoying. Restaurant upstairs was great!

Nice breakfast included every morning and a free drink each evening. Coffee available in the room, also.

Bathroom wall and floor connected lines need to clean better.

This is a great hotel to stay at in Asheville. The hotel is immaculately cared for. The breakfast buffet line cooks are very skilled in making an omelette. The check in process was smooth. It’s also close enough to the downtown shops and restaurants to walk to.

Great stay for the family! Best breakfast ever had, omelette station and everything else you would need. Staff amazing treat you like royalty! Thank you for everything!

They provide the best complimentary breakfast buffet I’ve had anywheres else. They also provide 2 free alcoholic drinks every night from 5-6:30 for all folks aged 21 and over, which was a nice surprise. Never seen that anywheres.

It was a little hot in the room even with adjusting the AC, hallways were hot as well. When checked in my room was ready however, several people who had tried to check in and their rooms weren't ready had used all the luggage carts to store their belongings. 5-6 of them were just sitting waiting for people to be able to check in. We had to make several trips and carry our stuff up.

But the very best thing is the spectacular views from your suite bedrooms and the wonderful rooftop bar and restaurant. You can not find a better deal on a top quality place to stay in Asheville. We have decided to make it an annual mid summer escape to Asheville with staying at the Embassy Suites when there.
