It was everything so special and so good! I liked everything.

Perfect visit. The owners are so sweet!

I liked everything about the hotel, especially the view and breakfast. The fried egg was served immediately after cooking in a tiny carbon steel pan, along with a platter of various baked goods, fruit, yogurt, meats, and cheese. The coffee was excellent. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. On-site parking was good to have, although there was a public (paid) parking lot across the street if needed. There was only a short walk to the center of Assisi. Getting into the parking lot was tight, and although there was a parking sign indicating the entrance, it didn't look wide enough to fit a car, but that's typical of the area.

LOVED the view from our balcony and the terrace behind the property. Amazing sunsets! The staff are VERY friendly and helpful. Provided great recommendations. Breakfast was an entire plate of pastries with juice and coffee -- delicious. The location is great. Right on the edge of town and the no traffic zone. Easy access to the town on one side or to go down the hill to San Damiano. I am used to small showers, but at least in our room, it was incredibly small. Otherwise the room was comfortable and again, the balcony was amazing and made this a place I would always come back to.

Convenience, cute style, beautiful terrace, breakfast soooo good, everyone's charming. Close walking distance to the ER as I had to walk there middle of night with gallbladder attack. The single room does face traffic... closed window was ok...didn't bother me but may someone else.

The monetary value of my stay proved highly affordable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The walking distance to nearby Assisi attractions is quite convenient. Accommodations are extremely comfortable. The breakfast was carb heavy. Eggs were served one way only with no input from guests. Minimal fruit selection. No olive oil offered. No skim milk.

The location and beautiful landscape and panoramic views I was made to feel unwelcome by the older man that worked and served breakfast. Laura was pleasant but her husband was very curt. I much more pleasant with white clients than he with me mixed race woman from Jamaica.
