Location was great and close to all the pilgrimage sites. 3 minutes' walk to the tomb of St. Carlos Acutis and house of St. Francis. I stayed in Room#1 Double Room. The bathroom in that room was very inconvenient. So called shower, toilet and sink were all in one floor level that when you shower, the whole area gets wet. That was a real pain! Parking was also a super pain! When I booked, the host said there was parking close by but he was not pleasant at all to provide us with decent information on where to park. There is no place closely to park. Ended up paying 15 Euros per night for parking at a place far off. We got there at night and had a really tough time finding the place. We were traveling with elderlies, and host did not offer to step out and guide us. Breakfast was the same the 2 days we stayed there, though glad it was offered.

The location is excellent. The staff were polite. Restaurant looked good although we did not have an opportunity to try it. Beds were comfortable The air conditioning was really just a small fan in the ceiling so the room was about 90 degrees Fahrenheit. It was hotter in the room than outside in the evening.

Location is great but I wasn’t accomodate in the hotel I booked in for. They said they had heating issue and moved me to Camere Santa Chiara which probably had a different rating. No reception , the key to enter the almost deserted building were provided. Breakfast didn’t include any fresh fruit option. There was no internet coverage in the room

Location Good breakfast Difficult to get in There is no parking at all, even that booking says it is. Do not try to go there with a car, it is a nightmare. There is no reception area, just a small nice restaurant down the stairs in the street. No air conditioning in the room

Lovely and thoughtful staff and location!!! Went to Assisi for my mum's birthday and we had a wonderful time! Rooms are clean and comfortable and the food is superb! :)

The location is unbeatable. The staff is kind, amazing and courteous. I wish there was parking but it’s limited over all in the inner part of the city. But it’s not the hotels problem.

Very nice location, polite employees Everything was ready to fall apart and a lot of things already broken. Very small bathroom with filthy smell. Unable for a man more than 90 kg to shit on the toilet. There wasn't an air-conditioning system so the heat was extreme. We couldn't sleep all the night. We had to keep the window open which lead to a lot of noise and a lot of lights reflecting in the room. Horrible place! It ruined our experience to Assisi!
