I liked the flexibility to adapt to the changes that arise. They speak Kazakh and Russian so if they are not one's own languages, prepare to use online translator. I requested clothes washing and they were delivered to me dry and fresh in three hours. The coffee at the reception is incredibly rich. El restaurant The lack of an elevator. The staff were super polite and friendly. The location was very good. At a very calm and relaxing place. The room was very comfy and had everything you need. I will definitely stay there again. I liked everything.

The size of the room. The approach of the reception. Likewise, the menu was very broad but the meals were unavailable. The available few were below standard for the price stated. Ultimately the price for the room I booked was quoted 13 050 TT but on the property 13780 TT was billed. The reception staff were not ready to help me settle with my driver whom I need to give some change, rather they ask me to look for change in the neighborhood supermarket to settle the driver. A fellow lodger who speaks English complained the same to me.

Price, location, restaurant. It is worth to improve cleaning practices little bit and to recheck shower room door sealant as the water ends on shower room floor when taking shower.
