The welcoming lady refused to give second slippers although there were two of us and the blanket was single. Only later another lady gave us another single blanket. There was a strong sewer smell during one night, we've also met a couple of cockroaches. The window is really bad and behind a brush. At 1 AM they are closing. There is a smoking area right in front of the entrance.

Good location, easy to find and budget price. I booked a suite room with queen size bed and separate bathroom. Bed was comfy, bed linen and towels clean, and I had no issues with shower. The room had disposable slippers , shampoo and body wash flasks aside of normal soap dispenser. Overall it’s a decent bargain. Black mold on the walls displeased me most. It’s summer and I had windows wide open, but in winter time sleeping in a humid room full of black mold is not an option. Bathroom wasn’t very clean, I found some hairs and the toilet definitely hasn’t been cleaned after previous visitors.

It is in the best possible location, everything significant in the city is in the walking distance. It says 5 km from centre but in reality where the hotel is located is better than the centre. It's not the cleanest hostel. The furniture is falling apart. The bad is shaky and very loud. In bathroom water mixer isn't working properly etc etc. There are a lot of bad things. But still worth it for the price.

Good location within walking distance to Baiterek Tower, Nurjol Boulevard, Nur Astana Mosque and Khan Shatyr. Very good for public transport too with many buses stopping nearby including buses 10 and 12 to/from the airport (only 3-4 minutes away from the Hostel) Located close to supermarkets and shops Good Wi-Fi and the shared kitchen is small but decently equipped Toilets, showers, rooms and kitchen could be cleaner. If you leave your luggage even for a minute after 12:00 there is an extra charge of 1000 KZT. No privacy curtains in the dorm rooms.

It’s in a great location for Khan Shakyr and the new part of town. Good, inexpensive laundry facilities. Comfortable room with a clean bathroom and reasonably priced. There was renovation work taking place when we visited, so we didn’t get the deluxe double room that we’d booked. Instead, we were in a six bed dorm. Some mattresses were newer than others.

The room was a bit cold at times

Hot water supply was excellent. The room was next to kitchen, which also had a drinking water dispenser. Also the room had it's own kettle. The hostel has CCTVs in all the entrances to rooms, along the hallway and even in the kitchens. Starage rooms are also available Looks like TV did not work or the remote control at times did not function. Was too lazy to go to reception, and there was no phone set in the room either
