It’s close to the center. I stayed three nights. Last two nights there was crazy party in the sauna ip to 2 AM to the point that I did not get any sleep and next day I was attending a conference . The breakfast was also very small and not much choice at all.

The room was pretty worn - furniture, carpet, blanket, show their age (but clean as I mentioned so not really an issue for me). Limited restaurants nearby.

Two separate rooms and a true two bedroom for our 13yr old son No coffee, breakfast was simple and minimal. They have additional facilities (pool, billiards, sauna), but rental rates even for residents.

Lack of shelves in bathrooms, some dishes missing at the restaurant. ACs were not functioning yet.

The ladies on the desk were extremely helpful and worked very long shifts without flagging, took a package for me when I wasn't there. One lady spoke good English, which is helpful if your Russian has limits! Extremely good quality hotel and great value. The hotel is in the "old town" which is not super close to the city centre, but it is easily accessible from the medical university bus stop by the 10, 26 or 36. Pretty easy 15 minute walk to Almaty 1 train station if you are taking a train journey elsewhere in the Kazakhstan. Nothing.

Clean, beautiful, and quiet. Nothing, everything was good.

Comfy beds, warm room, breakfast was simple to order from 4 meals and porridge, the hotel has 24/7 reception so that was nice and it easily accessible by taxis. A nice big store is close by and banks or exchange offices. Its 25 min away from centre by taxi but taxis are generally cheap Shower had some not working parts and there was a bit of mold on the ceiling.

- could make early check in at 6 am booking the night before extra night. - cheap. - only ok for short term. -Everything is extra, sauna, pool, food for breakfast that isn't in the 4 choices. - only 4 breakfast choices and you order one and some coffee and tea available for free, free water to drink on every floor. -Warm water and water pressure is good for shower, it was a bathtub. Less than 30 euro at night is ok. More than that not worth it. - Breakfast was poor with 4 options and the sausage option never available in 3 days - no sausages :((( -Rooms are quite old, carpet probably saw many ghosts. -Rooms are too warm, can't really sleep well at night. - wifi was quite horrible slow, mostly not working.

Absolutely amazing, great staff, excellent service, great breakfast. Even though hotel looks kinda old and rooms little rundown, it was cozy.

Cheap price of stay, helpful staff Far from tourist attractions of Astana. Need to use taxi to visit them. Boring but free breakfast. No fruits offered.

The room was very nice and spacious. It had a nice window with a view of the street and neighborhood. I paid a little extra for the junior suite. It was well worth it. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very nicely done in marble tile. I really enjoyed my room. The included breakfast was excellent. I also had dinner at the restaurant, and it was very good, and reasonably priced. I had the veal with vegetables. It was excellent. Good beer also. The location was very good, with a bus line nearby that takes you to all of the best places. They also have a mini-bar at the front desk where you can buy bottles of beer, drinks, liquor, etc. Very handy. I wish the restaurant had an English menu.

The location was near and the facilities were good. The host is very helpful.

It was clean, there was all the elements mentioned in the booking such as toothpaste & brush, shaving cream etc. The water in the bath didn’t go down, there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom, also not much space in the bathroom. One of the lamps next to the bed didn’t work.

Super comfortable bed and nice, well done bathroom. Great value for the price! The walls are thin and you can hear people having a good time in the Sauna or Pool.
