The rooms, the facilities, the location. The female receptionist are not hospitable and welcoming. No doubt we can't communicate due to language issues but there's no smile at all. It's as if we, the guests are a nuisance. They refused to listen to logic and insists she's right. We have credit card pin number which is 6 digit but in Kazakhstan, they only uses 4 digit. Obviously, card centre will decline any transaction if the numbers are incorrect or insufficient.

The staff is very helpful. The breakfast was sooo good,also the restaurant staff provided us food even when we were late for breakfast. The location is so near to all the tourist attractions. Value for money. Everything was great

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to all hotel workers, that every helped us a lot. Mrs Akbibi from the reception, Kaysar from the kitchen help so much for us to feel comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, so why I gave 10 Nothing to be unliked

Not very expensive, the bed in the bedroom is quite good. The sofa and the floor screech. We were with a baby, and it was rather critical for us. The breakfast is poor. There was no coffee for breakfast for two days. The hotel is rather far from the Centre.

Room Cleaning was done every day, rooms are clean. (But towels and bed linen are replaced once in 3 days) Breakfast was really bad, not much choice, same food every day. Fried eggs were always served cold, margarine instead of butter. Very noisy neighbourhood.

Location of hotel is nice. There were two 24 hours food shops/restaurants. Grocery store was very near. Suite was big with big terrace. Double bed room was also ok. Waking around the hotel was also nice almost all important shops like drugstore, food, markets were near. Breakfast standard was very low. Coffee was finished that is kind of strange for me. No open access to breakfast rather serve by hotel with very limited options. Taste was also so so. Staff don't speaks English. It will be awesome if they will install sockets near to bed rather far.
