It was squeaky clean, comfortable abs I was provided with everything I needed. A little dark but once I figured out the curtains , it was fine

Exceptional service!!! The only thing I didn’t like that the doors to the rooms are very loud when people closing them in a middle of the night.

Everything was exceptional! Cozy and beautifully decorated hotel! The breakfast was absolutely delicious and fantastic!

- Very delicious breakfast. - Breakfast room service. Could order breakfast to our room without going downstairs. Very convenient. - Relatively quiet location and lobby is never crowded. - Bus stop right next to hotel, good location. - Helpful staff. - Good housekeeping. Very clean. - Soft mattress. - Room temp regulated by old fancoil knobs hidden under wooden covers. Had to lift them up everytime we needed to adjust the temp. Wasn't an issue for us, but this could be inconvenient for some people like elderly and children, so just be aware. - Don't forget to notify the staff when leaving the room and request for cleaning. Had a mix up when we came back for the second night - we weren't aware that we had to specifically request cleaning beforehand. So just let them know if you'd like daily housekeeping i guess and then it should be smooth sailing.

Ok breakfast, ok location, pleasant staff Overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke and smoking in the hallways and stairwells on a non smoking floor was tolerated. Management could not accommodate my request to be moved to a smoke free room. Staff could not speak English.

Everything was great. Center location, shopping mall with groceries right across the street. Many restaurants. Delicious breakfast.

Centrally located, good breakfast (a la carte), very helpful staff! It’s already pretty old! Old furniture, old bathrooms, the windows don’t close properly, the heating system barely worked (they had to bring an additional heating unit), the beds are not very comfortable.

Good location There is no pool. This is misleading. The absence of a pool is deceptive and unacceptable ! The breakfast it’s extremely poor The personnel at the reception does not speak English

LOCATION 10/10: at the center of the city, main road, just across Kinopark Saryarka mall & just 5 mins walk to Khan Shatyr Entertainment Center. All tourist sites in the city are accessible in 5 to 20 minute taxi ride (I used app yandex go, very efficient and cheap.) STAFFS 10/10: During my check in, a young Kazakh woman in front desk assisted me with all I need plus the helpful hotel staff Nikolai, all of the staffs are approachable, kind and helpful, even in booking . Com chat, very responsive. COMFORT 10/10: Complete with everything, a quiet room with fridge, hangers, table & socket beside bed etc. The room is big. Beautiful aesthetic. They have a 24/7 restaurant. CLEANLINESS 10/10: Everything is clean. They have daily room cleaning if you wish. WIFI 10/10: strong & stable VALUE FOR MONEY 10/10: worth it with its great location, beautiful room plus nice breakfast. All experiences I had were all good
