Very comfortable with amazing private baths in our rooms connected to the hot springs. It was a little light in the room in the morning, would love black out blinds.

Very traditional accommodation style in the heart of Atami. Excellent vistas of the Pacific Ocean and Atami Castle from the guest rooms. The in-suite onsen bath was exceptional. Rooms had physical keys instead of keycards but that is a minor nitpick. Everything else was wonderful.

The room was great and the meals were good.It was nice that you supplied Japanese Komoto and slippers. I sure did appreciate the view from my Onsen . Just one thing the hot water for the onsen was leaking and it took a long time for the water to come out hot. I didn’t have any other complaints to share.

The onset was great even though it’s a bit small. The quality of the foods at breakfast and dinner was delicious. The room wasn’t completely clean after making up. Found something weird on the bed.

Excellent location from the station. Lovely in house onsens which open early and late for hotel guests. The staff were incredibly helpful in helping use post out luggage and being flexible with breakfast and dinner. They had also set up the rooftop for fireworks viewing meant no we had an unobstructed view! The bathroom was a little tired as expected of a property that age, but was perfectly functioning.

The hotel feels outdated, and there’s an unpleasant odor in the room. The car park is hard to locate, and guests must pay for parking.

We loved the bath in our rooms, the spaciouness of the rooms. The food was amazing and gave us a true taste of Japanese cuisine. Wearing kimonos was fun. We enjoyed walking down to the beach and back up through the town. Nothing.
