Wonderful oceanview in the early morning and a very welcoming staff that has allowed me to check in quite late at night for my short stay. Would love to come back for a longer vacation next time, for there are onsen facilities within that I have yet to try!
-
Very close to train station Shared bathroom
-
Great location. Great views from the deck. Great onsen. Quiet Nothing
-
Location near station. The view. Rooms were clean. Kind of warn out house. Old carpets miss match furniture. For just alittle bit of work it could be much nicer.
-
Pretty much the location, very close to Atami Station and restaurants. Very small onsen, often crowded.
-
The location is also very convenient and close to the station, so it was easy to get around. I would definitely love to come back again in the future!
-
Amazing views. The location was good too. The AC of my room was efficient, diffuse and absolutely noiseless. Extra fees were needed for towels and onsen. Since it's quite traditional, the walls are thin and it can be noisy. That being said, there's a rule for silence over night hours.

Friendly Vietnamese staff Enforcement of cleanliness, different slippers for different places
-
Perfect value stay at the hostel within short walking distance from the train station. The shared restrooms/bathrooms were clean. And the beds were comfortable. Many house rules but easy to follow as most of them are just common sense to keep the place clean and respectful for others. Highly recommend it and great views from the rooftop.
-
Beds were soft. Rooms were spacious. Great view of the city and the ocean. A little tricky to find especially at night.
-
Very friendly staff and great location, five minutes from the station. Sea view room really gives a perfect view of the fireworks. Cozy, family stay vibes.
-
It was slightly cold, there was no blanket provided
-
Nice location, polite staff, serious about sleeping times, great place to rest and enjoy the town. Amazing access to the roof.
-
The price was slightly high and it was super difficult walking up the hill with my luggage to there rather than down from the station. Using the onsen wasn't included. I was even interviewed by a local tv station and couldn't say anything positive about the town or onsen because I spent my whole day there without finding what I was looking for dealing with stairs and few ramps few smooth roads and few intact sidewalks.
-
Near to the beach. Onsen included.
-
Location and staff The AC was leaking having to keep two buckets to collect the water TV doesn’t function
-
That you are unable to check in after 10pm
-
It was overall extremely good, the owner even let cold water into the onsen for me as it was wayy too hot for me on the 3rd night. The rooftop views are amazing! For my western back the futon was a tad too thin. Stairs, many of them to get up from beach, but still well worth the views you get (: There is no lockable locker (i think atleast i never got a key or shown one) not an issue for me but some people might want one?

We enjoyed the view while eating in the dining room. They keep tea and water in the fridge for guests and hot water for tea or coffee...also rice if you get hungry. All this makes it a nice place to be for backpackers. It's important to remember that it is a guesthouse, self-service and it meet basic needs while traveling. N/A
