Nice having the cold plunge pool at the onsen Old smell in the room. Everything needs an update.

The hotel was in a good location The staff was excellent even though there were language barriers we were able to figure out how to communicate. It's an older building but it has a lot of charm and our room was massive and we had our own private hot bath which was excellent. It's old, BUT vintage!

Great location, great view and very nice family room. We enjoyed the onsen, although it is a relatively small one. The staff was respectful and kind. Our young kids made a whole in the tatami door (one of those door with paper) and they did not complained or asked a surcharge. The swimming pool was not open when we visited the accommodation. It was unfortunate because our son was eager to try the advertised swimming pool.

Breakfast and dinner was good. the room was old and my daughter was bitten by mosquito and cockroach .We all didnt sleep well.because my daighter was complaining all night.
