The view was very nice as well as the onsen. The open-air bath was really nice while viewing the sun rise over the vast ocean. Nice spacious japanese style rooms. Breakfast and Dinner buffet has variety however, the food was so-so. Which isn't great for Japan where everything is so good. No/Little Wifi.

Great location.. buffet had a good variety of food. Polite staff. Outdoor onsen was nicer .. Run down property, small rooms, the table in our room had dust on it..

The buffet was amazing, there were so many options from different cuisines & almost everything was very delicious. The hotel premises and rooms were super clean and well maintained, almost like it was brand new. I stayed in the traditional tatami room, it was huge & very stylish. The ocean view was breathtaking. The onsen area was huge & very modern, there was also an outer area with an amazing view. The staff were very friendly. There is a free shuttle bus between Atami station & the hotel. No Wi-Fi in the room.

Although breakfast and dinner are buffet style, the food quality was surprisingly good. Usually buffet style food is Luke warm at best, the food we had for 2 dinner days was always warm to hot. The choices were plentiful, from Sashimi, Sushi to Pizza, really something for everybody. The outside bath (rotenburo) is at an excellent location, very romantic, especially to watch the sunrise over the sea. Restaurant uses plastic spoon and folks. This feels cheap and reduces the overall experience. For that price, regular cutlery should be expected. The beer price is far too high. 900¥ for a glass of beer in a buffet style setting is too high. Room No. 129 has a plastic odor, probably freshly renovated, but it is disturbing to smell upon entering.

Well situated and with a beautiful view! The staff the food and the environment are very nice. The gender schedule for the onsen was a little complexe and unadapted for our needs! There is no wifi in the rooms.

Good view of the ocean. Old, but in decent shape. The in-room bathroom looks old and dingy. The buffet was extensive and good. The room has a nice balcony, but guests are not able to open the balcony doors to access it. What’s the point??? It would’ve been so much better if guests could enjoy the ocean sounds & view with access to the balcony. Additionally, the in-room bathroom seemed dingy and moldy.
