The location, the staff and the suites themselves Nothing

The property is in an excellent location, being walking distance to many restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The host was very kind and accommodating during check in and provided great travel tips! The apartment was very clean and the living room and dining room areas are very spacious. The views from the rooftop balcony were absolutely stunning! The lightening in both bathrooms was very dull, which made it difficult for the ladies to do their makeup. Also, we were only given two keys for four people, which was fine for our one night stay, but if we were there longer, it would've been an inconvenience. But other than that, an excellent stay!

Location is pretty good. 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro station, and 5 minutes to a good sized grocery store. Several nice cafes near the Metro station. Although I only saw the receptionist once at check in, he was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and serviced daily. WiFi was very fast with good coverage. The room lacks independent heating/air conditioning settings. I wanted my room cooler (I was hot), but was told that only heating was available in the building. Was told to open the windows if I'm hot (!!!!). Also, the roller blinds are in very poor condition with one not opening/closing, and the rest had an almost stripped out pull chain.

Great location and the host was very helpful and had great recommendations! Right up the street from the metro station. The room was very spacious and we took advantage of the rooftop area. I'd stay there again!

Modern Spacious appartment My wife and I sensed some odor in the bathroom and at the entrance to the bathroom. The laminate floor at the entrance to the bathroom was damaged, probably by the water overflow. It could be a problem and the source of the smell. It should be repaired.

The host gave us a detailed subway map, restaurant recommendations and WhatsApp number - for 24 hour assistance. 2 mins from subway. 2 mins from multiple restaurants and grocery. Loved it ! Rent the ground floor - it has a private hot tub outside. Roof top had an amazing view of the Acropolis- amazing at night ! nothing

The location was perfect for walking about, and the rooftop was the perfect place to end our day. Check in was great and appreciated the excellent service provided. Checkout was also seamless and transportation to the airport was also wonderful. We highly recommend this property.

From my point of view communication is the most valuable thing when travelling. I was contacted from the hotel before my arrival but unfortunately I had a challenge. When I tried to contact the staff in the evening, it was impossible to get. In touch which them. I never received an answer. This is very frustrating.

The host met us and let us in. He also gave us so much information about supermarket and great places to eat and safely of the area and the metro. Fantastic info to begin our stay. Unfortunately we had trouble with the wifi. Perhaps outside influences. The host tried his best and even came into the office on the weekend to try to sort it.

Superb

Alex, the fantastic landlord, arranged to meet with me at the property at 2am and handed me the keys and gave me the main instructions of how to access and use the suite and its Jacuzzi, which unfortunately I never got the time to use (hopefully, next time). He had kindly arranged an upgrade from what I had booked. The flat itself was spacious, clean and warm, and the location was ideal, literally 10 minutes from the centre of Athens and all the main spots. Within a few yards are an array of cafes and restaurants, as well as a supermarket. If I was to nitpick, I'd say that maybe keeping a little bit of sugar, tea and coffee, as well as some salt and pepper would be a great assistance, especially for families staying. Apart from that, nothing could be criticized.

Nice and comfortable room. The location is poor, and the room has significant traffic noise.

Exceptional hosting. Restaurant and attraction suggestions. Laundry service etc. Those guys know how to treat you 10/10! The rooms were a bit tired and need some fresh touch any time soon. The front door had a slot underneath and you could hear the street noise through the hallway. Some equipment in the kitchen was missing like spatula and salt&pepper.
