Fantastic breakfasts, beautifully appointed rooms (and big too!), friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is simply beautiful and tastfully done. The all phone based key locks and room controls was a bit too much. What happens if your phone dies? Also moving through the hotel, it sometimes took some time for the wifi to connect, causing an issue with getting into the room. The location is a bit too "post industrial" for our usual tastes, similar to the LES of Manhattan -- energetic for young people, perhaps a bit too daunting for those of us on social security.

Setting was amazing! Staff were so supportive. Highly recommend. Located in cool area of Athens with excellent restaurants, bars and clubs. Only constructive suggestion is to change the 4 lounge chairs at pool. The ‘S’ shaped chairs are very uncomfortable for sunbathing. Just use the standard deck lounges that are flat.

I just stayed at NOT Hotel Athens and I’m honestly still thinking about it—this place is such a hidden gem. THE HOTEL First off, the vibe is unreal. The hotel is set inside a beautifully restored 200-year-old industrial building, which has had the wildest history (everything from a barracks to a film studio), and now it’s been completely transformed into this modern, design-forward oasis. The gorgeous flower and olive tree garden area makes you feel tucked away in a special place. The even have the original well that runs water down a small stream. I sat outside my room enjoying my coffee every morning enjoying my view. THE LOCATION Next - The location. It's one of those “trust the process” situations. Don't let the prevalent Athens graffiti throw you off. When you first arrive, the area (Kerameikos) might feel a little quite —but that’s mostly because a lot of spots are closed during the day. At night, it totally flips. You’re just a few blocks from some of the best bars, restaurants, and nightlife in Athens, and the whole neighborhood comes alive with a cool, artsy energy. And convenience-wise? So easy. The hotel is literally a few minutes walk (about 700 feet) from Keramikos metro station. From there, you’re only 1–3 stops away from all the main Athens sites like Monastiraki, the Acropolis area, and the historic center—so getting around is effortless. Myself and my daughter felt totally safe on the metro and walking around day or night. THE ROOM Huge! We were in room 12. Very spacious with a large bathroom and huge walk in shower. You could fit 5 people in that shower lol. Great water pressure. Bed was comfy. Now the actual experience… obsessed. The staff? Incredible. Every single person was warm, helpful, and genuinely made you feel taken care of. Housekeeping even folded my daughter's clothes that she had thrown everywhere. Totally unnecessary but how kind of them. The food and drinks were also a highlight.

It was stunning inside the room and outside. I loved it and exceeded beyond expectations There was nothing I did not like. We loved it all.

the location is not good far from everything and there is a lot of adult place next to it

The staff was very friendly and ready to help with any details. We had dinner there and could not get enough of the delicious food! The proportions are very generous, be ready to share. N/A

Kind team and beautiful hotel

​However, what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. The service was outstanding, especially at the front desk and in the restaurant. They really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. ​Location-wise, the hotel is not in the city center, but that wasn't an issue for us at all. It’s only a 15-minute walk or a quick 5-euro taxi ride to get to the center. Highly recommended! All was great

Great experience. Staff was exceptional; went above and beyond! That they have cocktails on the menu that nobody knew how to make. Lunch menu and dinner menu were the same. The food was great; just wish there was more variety to choose from.

Magnificent architecture and design within an historic building Great location for concerts, festivals and cultural events at Technopolis. A little further from the popular tourist districts and restaurants.

I loved everything about this hotel! Everyone was wonderful - so nice and helpful! It was unique and decorated in a way that stood out - classy in a different way. I’m sorry I couldn’t stay longer!

It is an Oasis! We can’t say enough about our stay! The grounds were remarkable and rooms were amazing! The area had us a little concerned but then behind that door was paradise!

Absolutely lovely place - a respite from a busy day's activities. The room, staff, breakfast and grounds make this a very unique experience. No complaints. It is not in the middle of things - a bit of a walk or metro ride - which we enjoyed.
