Central location with modern rooms, ours had sofa bed. Nice breakfast. They booked airport transfer for us. Gym was a typical hotel gym with weights, cable machine and treadmill. Fire alarm in our room was sensitive to shower steam.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and our room was not cleaned even once. Only at the first day the cleaning service came in while my husband was in the shower. Obviously he asked her to come back later but it didn't happen.

Location, staff and facilities

We appreciated the friendliness of the staff - everyone we met was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast offered the basic essentials - it was sufficient and fine, though not something we would describe as particularly enjoyable. The room and all other areas of the hotel were very clean. The hotel’s location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby and relatively close access to the main street. However, the immediate neighborhood itself is not particularly pleasant to walk around. We found the room to be quite uncomfortable. As a studio, its actual size felt noticeably smaller than described or shown in the photos. There was hardly enough space to move around the bed on the side near the wall. The ceiling finish gave the room a rather gloomy and uninviting atmosphere, though we understand this might be a matter of personal taste. The view from the room was directly toward what appeared to be an abandoned building, and the window was very small, allowing only limited fresh air and natural light. There were also no closets or drawers to store our clothes, so we had to keep everything in our suitcases. The only option provided was an iron decorative rack for hanging our coats, which was far from practical. Unfortunately, my wife felt so uncomfortable and down that we decided to leave in the middle of our stay and move to another hotel, forfeiting the amount already paid. Perhaps other rooms in the hotel offer a better experience, but unfortunately, the one we received did not meet our expectations.

Great location and hotel Nothing

The receptionist didn't care about her guests at all. The guest arrived earlier than a check in time and was so tired/sleepy and asked the receptionist to find any room for an hour or maybe two for a sleep. The receptionist immediately said that there is no room available and the hotel is fully booked. There is always a room available in case of emergency. It was emergency because the guest did not sleep for 48 hours and felt sick due to long distance travel. She cared less about it. All she cared is to charge for the breakfast immediately for that day. We got the room after 5 pm

Clean and modern… The pool was excellent, much enjoyed… The staff was very helpful… At times the room, smelt, musty, especially after the rain… But I think that is the nature of concrete building

The place was great, the staff was amazing and the location is a walking distance

Beautiful boutique-type hotel in a pretty good location for access to Psyrri and Montastiraki. The neighborhood appears a bit dodgy because of all the graffiti on surrounding buildings, but we discovered graffiti all over Athens, so this is no different. It is a safe location and the hotel has a doorman.

Small boutique hotel - very friendly staff
-
there was a toxic smell present which we were told was from paint cleaner after some vandalism took place. it smelled awful and we couldn't sit out on our balcony and found it difficult to fall asleep.

I didn’t like the property. The service, the room looked like renovation all concrete and look like you are in construction site. The receptionist was not even surprised when I told her about what was happening she only told me not to contact”booking” and to send an email to her manager.
