Location, Acropolis view from the roof. Check in was convenient. Room was clean and nice.

The hotel met our expectations, and the staff was super friendly. Great location and very convenient to check in and check out. The view we had was okay, but we didn't have grand expectations of it. We got the hotel just for sleeping and it served its purpose.

The location of the property was very well placed for access to all areas of the City with a good choice of bars and restaurants very close to it too. The strength of the wifi in the hotel wasn't very reliable, not great if you are reliant on this service with no other option to connect to the internet etc.

It is a good hotel overall. But there are a few things you should be aware of, such as it is an autonomious hotel so there is no reception. You need to contact them via WhatsApp or call them for your needs but they are fast to reply. There were no hot water in our bathroom, then we called and it was fixed in an hour but still takes 5 minutes to warm up. Also they didn't have slippers, same thing, messaged and they got us slippers to our room. AC was working good, TV was okay, bed was okay, wifi was fine but upload was really slow. Considering the price, it was a good deal. Sound isolation is not good, you can hear anything that is happenning outside and they can hear you because there is a gap under the door. Wifi upload rate is slow, there is a slight insect problem unfortunately. They are cleaning once per 2 days so you need to be lucky to find the day they are cleaning and remove the do not disturb ticket if you use. Also the toilet papers were thin as air but they give 2, you can also request more. Also another thing is the neighborhood, the street the hotel in and the right side of the hotel is pretty safe. Even right side has lots of restaurants, good markets and at night it is crowded. But can't say the same thing with left side. If you go to left and up you'll encounter with an immigrant neighborhood (Omonia). So unless you go there you are totally fine.

Very good location, close to Monastiraki square. The room was clean and simple, a bit small and without a window, but still comfortable for a short stay. There was excessive noise from both other guests and the housekeeping staff, it felt like everything was happening right inside our room. The constant door slamming made it nearly impossible to sleep. They do provide earplugs, but honestly, we shouldn’t have to depend on them.

The downstairs gym was awesome. Very well equipped. Used it every day! Staff was quick to respond and accommodating when we needed something. No complains.

My room was on the main floor. As guest are not allowed in the rooms, I was at times, awakened or disturbed by loud guests in the lobby.

I saw the inside of the lobby of this building. It looked clean and comfortable. The location was OK, not great, but the price reflected that. When I arrived I found a sign on the elevator saying it was out of service. I had an extremely heavy suitcase full of books. There was no way I was going to carry that up to the third floor and back down again the next morning. I went out to the sidewalk with my luggage. A young man rode up on a scooter and asked me if I was staying there. I said I had reserved it, but the elevator was out of service. He said he'd carry the suitcase up to my room for me. I said, fine, will you come back in the morning and carry it down? He said no. I told him I wanted to cancel the reservation and get my money back. He said sure, no problem, you need to cancel through the agency you booked with. So I contacted the agency and told them the story. They contacted the property who told them that the elevator was only out of service for half an hour and that I came back later that night and stayed in my room. This was a flat out lie and they knew it. I took a taxi to the airport and flew home that night. I understand rules around late cancellations. This was not that. They're liars and grifters. I've stayed at a lot of places in Athens and I can assure you that you can do LOTS better.

The place, the bed. Well, I have been visiting this hotel since last year, but it is the first time there is TOO MUCH noise from both the other clients and the housecleaning staff. Probably the walls are not soundproofing (no rockwool between the plasterboard? maybe), and I can even hear the on/off sound of the air condition, if the housecleaning staff is nearby. Today, Monday 29th September the housecleaning staff makes extremely loud noises this morning, like slamming the doors and hitting the door locks. And last night, at about 3am I heard extreme noises like sliding a metal box? Dropping it down? Maybe the staff had the vending machine refilled, but it was TOO noisy! Too much noise, guys, too much!!! And no, I can't rely on the earplugs I found on the table.

Close to all the nightlife. We went dduring the weekdays, so it was very quiet in the neighborhood, but you walk down 1 minute down the road and there are clubs and restaurants with live music ready and available. There are a few supermarkets close, and if you dislike tap water which is fine they provide cold drinks in their vending machine including beer and water bottles. One cockroach at night, I slept on the sofa downstairs so i saw one late at night. Also the bathroom didn’t lock, and i was sharing a room with a friend.
