The entrance to the metro station Omonia is practically in front of the hotel, that makes it very convenient. I heard this wasn’t a great part of town but I didn’t see anything dodgy, the room was comfortable and clean and the shallow pool on the top floor has a nice view to the Acropolis. The breakfast buffet is amazing, totally recommend this hotel! The bathroom is a bit small which makes it difficult to shower and not get the floor all wet, but that is really a minor detail

Best customer service and extremely accommodating!! I have only wonderful things to say!!

Small room, a smell from the toilets

A lot of noises, we couldn’t sleep in any night because of a lot of people listened to songs very loudly and on their balcony. We asked the staff and the manager if they could talk with them but unfortunately no answer.. at the checkout the manager told us that we have a 20% discount in the next trip.. hope not to close in their hotels any more.

A bad smell from the bathroom drill, at our last day the towel had bas smell at our room. The room is soo small and very bad decorated (rooms that located in the 1 of the floor).

Location is not comfortable, The area of the hotel not pleasant at all , the room very small and uncomfortable, the swimming pool small . The whole area of Omonia is not pleasant at all . Who want to have nice trip to Athens need to reservations a hotel near the Ermou street , and the Stadiou street .

Room was a great size with the balcony, loved the rooftop deck and pool area, and the morning brunch was beautiful and delicious offering all of my family options within a fantastic setting The homeless drug addicts outside the entrance made us nervous, but the police presence was helpful. Sad situation around the metro station area

Great location, friendly staff on rooftop bar. Nice views from rooftop. Pool nice although small (to be expected). Gym had free weights and some standard equipment. Long waits at reception both checking in and out. On third day we left towels on the floor so that they would be changed as they hadn't yet at this point, but instead they hung up the same wet used towels. We asked for clean towels and after 20 mins there were still no towels, back up and down to reception, another 15 minute wait, we tried to grab some from rooftop pool but we encountered the cleaner changing pool towels and were told she'd bring them down, another 10 minutes wait and we had towels. 45 minute wait for a clean towel is a bit much, but there seemed to be only one cleaner on staff. Hotel should have better system for guests to get a clean towel.

The location and big mirror Gym needs more equipment

The location is great and convenient to the metro. Good restaurants nearby and lots of shopping. View of the Acropolis makes it special. The bed was extremely hard but maybe that's good for some.

We were not accustomed to European bathroom 'wet room' style and were surprised by how quick the shower would flood the rest of the whole bathroom (we are talking even quick 2 minute showers). Putting in a towel as a barrier did help a bit!

Personal!! Bathroom is not well structured

Clean quite , city center , staff was amazing Toilet made noise
-
I loved the location. And staff were very nice . The swimming pool was beautiful! The bathroom was too small and smelly. There was not breakfast at the property. We had to drive to go to a coffee shop.

Location seemed a bit sketchy but not dangerous Shower should have a door

The room was smelling bad from the toilet. I informed the info but they couldn't able to solve it. My other colleague also stayed at the same time & had the same problem. I had to open the balcony door to improve the air quality. The foul smell was too strong. The interior design was bad as I didn't have a proper place to work with my laptop.Bed placed inclined & was difficult to move inside the room. My dresses need to be put on the hangers, which are very close to the tea water boiler & coffee maker.

They provided free breakfast, so nice
