Small room But room is not clean everyday

Breakfast was very good. The room was very clean and they had all facilities inside. The price-to-quality ratio was excellent. The location was not super good but very close to the center as well.

every thing the staff was the best especially Nancy very polite and friendly ready to help

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Nancy was amazing, and the manager was just as kind and considerate. Nancy was so helpful and always have a smile on her face and asking how I was doing everyday. The room was average size but spacious enough for me. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The area is a bit dodgy. I just made sure to not wonder outside too late at night. On the first day I did find an empty water bottle lying behind the curtain, which means the cleaning lady did not do a thorough job. Other than that I was happy with the hotel and the room. I can't think of anything

The hotel is new / freshly renovated. The rooms are nice, everything is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is nice and tasty, but lacks any day to day variance. The air conditioning works well. The only real issue is the location. You would assume that being so close to the city center is a plus but in Athens that doesn't seem to be the case. As soon as you step out of the hotel you are met with homeless people, drugs, foul smells, litter and all kinds of other things. I didn't have a reason to feel unsafe, but it's really sad that Greece has let a part of their city get so run down. The hotel has a poor view from all rooms.

Pleasant accessible host helpfull with recommendations. Small room didn't look exactly as advertised. No breakfast.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Everything in the hotel was excellent. The neighboring area on one side of the hotel is bad. On the other hand it is a short walk to the nice arras of Athens. Having said that we would book again as it is an excellent hotel with good value for the price

Had a great stay at Alassia Hotel in Athens! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to explore the city. Excellent value for the price — would definitely stay again! The room was a bit smaller than expected, and the Omonia area has a mixed reputation, especially at night. However, the hotel’s central location was very convenient, with easy access to major attractions, public transport, restaurants, and sightseeing spots across Athens.

The hotel was clean and modern. The hotel was located in a grimy neighborhood. Two cab drivers told me that the area is not good.

We were looking for a hotel close to metro to go and come back from olympic stadium

  • Engine customer May 2026

The room was unexpectedly spacious and well laid out (except the bathroom door which touched the bed when open) including a good sized desk -- and the bathroom larger than I've had in quite some time. Excellent shower! Clean and comfortable bed. The room had instant coffee equipment and bottled waters in the mini-fridge, but I'm not sure they were complimentary since I didn't partake. The included breakfast buffet was exceptional. The overnight concierge was very friendly and helpful when I had some trouble connecting to the WiFi. 3 min walk from the Omonia metro station! I had difficulty figuring out the thermostat. My room had a view of a cinderblock wall. The elevators are very narrow (about the width of a person) and fit at most two occupants without baggage.

Clean, new, comfortable. Good breakfast. Bathroom is small. Location is central and safe but street is dark and deserted at night.

  • Engine customer May 2026

The rooms are clean, but lightning is weirdly placed. The breakfast has enough options. Overall, the hotel is nice. The beds are not the comfiest though. The breakfast could have been better. The neighborhood is not the happiest, lots of homeless people and pretty dirty.

The area around the hotel, a bit sketchy.
