Friendly staff adequate breakfast good and different location!! Parking is interesting but it’s Athens could be worse!

The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The pool is beautiful, but you need to book a spot to get tanning beds due to limited space. Nothing in particular.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay, taking care of everything I needed and going above and beyond. I also had some trouble with documentation after my stay, and the team contacted me directly two weeks later to make sure everything was resolved. Overall, a wonderful experience and excellent service. Highly recommended!

The carpet in the room and not enough light at the room

Both Panos and Yioti are excellent representatives of the Alexandros. They researched the clinic where my husband was having an EEG (while I was, at the same time, having surgery myself) and ensured that he was taken there on time. We also ate at the restaurant on the roof and it was excellent!

Location was great, near historical sites and lots of great restaurants near by. Great staff and comfortable beds. Sound isolation between rooms is an issue, fortunately we travel with ear plugs so not a problem.

That are flight got canceled from frankfurt. So we missed one night's stay.

Free Parking - however, booking.com shud ideally state that free parking at the hotel has limited spots and might not always be available. I lucked out likely because I did not see the property’s message that they might not have free parking but they helped out and parked my car when I got there. Good Breakfast - fresh fruits, and other great breakfast choices. Good Staff members - the staff members were very helpful, courteous and nice Good Location - the hotel is located in good and safe neighborhood with a short walk about 10 ish mins if we walk slowly/ leisurely to the train station. booking.com needs to clearly mention that this property is not near the Acropolis, it is a total of 3 stops with one train line to get to the Acropolis Price - we paid 436 euros for 2 nights in a junior suite that had only one king bed. The sofa in the room was actually a sofa bed, but the property had sealed up the bed portion of the sofabed so we could not pull it out and use it. The sofa itself was dated. The carpet in the room also appeared to be dated and there were 2 weird bugs that jumped on my daughter while she was asleep - she turned her phone’s flashlight on, killed one bug and the other one ran away. These bugs do not like the light, so we had to sleep the rest of the night with the flashlight on. The price of 436 euros for 2 nights is not justified for this property. booking.com needs to add accurate location information and other important relevant details in the property description so we can make an educated decision when we’re making a reservation.

The location worked well for us, the staff was courteous and helpful, and the breakfast selection was excellent. Our room was clean and well-equipped. We had selected the hotel largely for its rooftop bar and were very disappointed that it was closed for renovation.

Everything from staff to amenities to the live kitchen breakfast comfortable king bed and amazing views on the balconies. Rooftop pool Beachbar open in season. We visited 4 times and it is conveniently located close to metro and private hospitals. Thanks to Ted and his whole crew. We will be back ??? Little improvement on tv services maybe Netflix?

Staff was friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was quite good. The room was bigger than I expected and the location was perfect, with Plaka and the Acropolis within a 20-30 minute walk. I also used the gym, which was clean and had a good selection of cardio equipment and weights. Water in the gym would be nice but it was only a minor inconvenience. Everything else was wonderful!

Breakfast was excellent, the staff was very cooperative and nice, the entire hotel is well maintained and pleasent.

Overall, the hotel has a great look and feel. The lobby is a generous size with plenty of seating and a game area near the bar. The rooftop pool is really cute. We loved the bacon/cream cheese pizza at the rooftop restaurant as well, perfect poolside snack. The bed was very comfortable as well. The hotel is about 3 blocks from a metro station which was helpful to get around Athens. The breakfast was very nice! Many options and I really appreciated the options for those who needed alternative milks. The food all tasted good and was a great way to start the day. Despite the very comfortable mattress, the blanket is more of thickened sheet rather than a blanket. You cannot individually control your room temperature and have to ask the main desk to change it for you. Not helpful in the middle of the night! They only gave us one pillow per bed so I had to ask for another as well as a second blanket. There are also no hooks in the bathroom to hang up your towels. We had no place to put them. I would suggest that housekeeping consider a nicer blanket, 2 pillows per bed (this is a 4 star hotel after all) and hooks in the bathroom for towel management after bathing. We also nee

The hotel was perfect. Most of all, the staff… They were excellent!! The hotel is very well organized, and very clean and very modern. What we really liked was it was very, very quiet! We only had one very thin blanket for our bed. Also, the location… It could be better. Our friends are here at the same time and they are staying in a much more centralized location.

location is excellent close to the metro. variety of resturants, but require advance booking. The hotel roof top resturant is very nice smell in the rooms but not bad smell

Lovely rooms. Very close to the American embassy. The food provided for breakfast and the restaurant menus were excellent! The staff is perfect

The "Mavili Beach" located on the roof was a perfect getaway to spend some downtime in between various activities. The staff was very friendly and anything you need they seemed more than happy to accomodate.

Location was perfect. Enough elevators for everyone. Staff was extremely helpful Reserving time for the pool. Carpet going up the steps was not clean, nor in the hallways, or rooms. Had a bunk bed that opens to a full size bed, but room was too small to open it
