My daughter and I stayed here during our visit. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The location was very convenient and quiet. The air conditioned space and balcony were welcoming after a long hot day of sightseeing. We added the breakfast that was offered at the bakery/restaurant across the street. It had good selections and good coffee.

The property is very close to main attractions ( flea markets , acropolis , restaurants ( 5 minutes walk ) the location was perfect. The host was very nice , we arrived on the day of our check in late after 11pm , the lobby was close but they made sure we would still have our room ready and access to the hotel easily they left us an email very detailed with all the steps to access the hotel and our room. So even if the lobby was closed it wasn’t an issue at all. Every day they cleaned out room and left us water in the fridge which was really nice. The place is cute , it’s not new or modern but it was cute and had a little living room very welcoming and a balcony to chill outside at night which was great. The elevator is very old and is a bit scary ?.. we can’t fit 2 people with our luggage.. it was a bit scary but it’s good that they have at least an elevator.. just so you know though that it’s nothing modern. The bathroom was so small we could barely moved in, when sitting on the toilet my husband had his face on the sink pretty much ?.. the shower was the worst part.. very small with a curtain , no glass door .. it was going inside the shower and I hate touch the material I’m very disgusted by touching a curtain that lots of visitors touch before going into their shower… the shower couldn’t hold into the wall so we had to hold it while washing which wasn’t easy to put the soap while holding the shower head.. I let you picture it ?.. the lobby was closed after 6pm everyday so if you need anything no body can help you after 6. Keep in mind that it’s like a airbnb pretty much but you dont have extra towels or sheets or toilet paper at disposition if anything happens… when booking an hotel we expect a security and service always available on site so it was a bit surprising but overall it was Ok for the price.

The location is my favorite. It was very closed to all the important attractions, in particular, the acropolis. The elevator only fits two pernos with one luggage so our family had to go in two trips.

So cute and easy to find!! We love the location, amenities, and vibe. Perfect place to stay in Athens if you want to be walking distance to all the best sites for history and culture! I don’t recommend the included breakfast - there are other, better cafes in the area for the same price.

We loved the location—close to restaurants and the Acropolis. Although it’s an older hotel, it has AC and great amenities. The lounge on the top floor is also charming and well-decorated, and we wish we could have spent more time there.

Location and friendly staff. Was close to the Acropolis and plaka where all the shops are! Kind of small

Perfect location and good value. It is an old building but it was well maintained and had character. It felt like a home away from home. Restaurants, mini markets, pharmacy nearby. Very walkable to major sights including the Acropolis. Tub shower was a long but a little narrow. Very minor.

Gorgeous little hotel in a great location. Tons of cafes and restaurants nearby, a very convenient mini-mart across the street, short walk to Plaka, a bit further to Psirri, not much more you could ask for in terms of location in Athens. The staff was sweet, the room was clean. No complaints at all.

View to Acropolis Not possible for late check out

Location close enough to a number of attractions with out being too close. Great Breakfast and bakery right around the corner! Nothing

Breakfast was served at a bakery close to the property and offered a wide variety of choices. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with any request. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and a great experience from start to finish. I would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Athens. The apartment retains many of its original architectural features, which add to its authentic Athenian character. Some elements, such as the windows, doors, and wardrobes, are a bit dated, but this is part of the property's charm. A few subtle upgrades could further enhance the overall experience while preserving its distinctive vintage style.

For me it was just fine.

Location, Quiet, Great Breakfast Cafe Partner. It’s better than the one star rating that Booking.com has given it.

location and staff support nothing

Excellent location in a nice, quite residential neighborhood with several shops and restaurants very close to the Akropolis and to a Metro station. Spacious and very clean rooms. Excellent common room on the 4th floor for collaboration, with superb view of the Parthenon. Very polite personnel, always ready to meet any requests in the most efficient and friendly way.

I love this place. booked it twice during my trip. The owner and staff are marvelous. The room I had on my second visit was especially wonderful - right off the common area on the top floor with its gorgeous deck and view of the Parthenon!

Breakfast (which is in collaboration with the local bakery 60 m from the hotel) was very good.

Location is great. Friendly staff. No breakfast

We were warmly welcomed by the friendly front desk staff and allowed to check in early, much appreciated after an early flight! Fantastic location within easy walking distance of the Acropolis and other sights. Easy 5 minute walk from the metro. Charming neighborhood with lovely pedestrian street full of great cafes. Much nicer than touristy neighborhoods nearby. Super comfortable beds! Room was exactly as described with fridge, kettle, espresso maker and A/C. Highly recommend - we would happily stay here again!

Very close to Acropolis, clean and comfortable place, helpful staff. Decent breakfast at nearby pastry shop.
