Great roam design No 24 h room service

I visited Athens to attend a partner conference taking place at this same hotel. I stayed here 6 nights from June 15 to 21 and my stay was quite good. I really appreciate the friendly gesture of the hotel staff and housekeeping. A special word of appreciation for Stella at the front office and Steve at the Concierge desk. They were very helpful throughout, and Steve in particular was very friendly and always available for quick advise on nearby places and the neighbourhood. I would certainly recommend this hotel for visitors looking for good location with value for money for their stay. Bathrooms need an uplift as it seems very old and not that great.

The hotel and the staff are excellent. I love the disco theme and every member of staff gave us the warmest welcome. You cannot fault them! Shout out to Panos (?) on the roof who just had such a great vibe. We also had a minor technical fault with the air conditioning and it was fixed within 30 minutes of reporting it. You cannot fault that service! Breakfast also excellent - great options. Rooftop bar has incredible views of acropolis. Unfortunately the area the property is in just doesn’t match the property itself. It felt a little unsafe at times.

They upgraded us to a beautiful suite! Lovely room with every amenity one could want.
-
They didn’t help us with our luggage upon leaving because Steve had a day off.
-
The staff don’t care about anything of customer Specially the reception staff and rooftop restaurant very unfriendly, not welcoming, very slow service.specially the breakfast is too much bad and not clean.

Very central, nice breakfast This hotel looks polished in the photos but in reality it’s a bit old. Not all staff are friendly and a lot of them are just rude sad and looking weird and funny at people lol. Cleanliness is scary, the curtains in the bedroom were so dusty and dark and I am not a pro of cleanliness but it was obvious. I would have rated better if it was cheap but for 200£ a night go somewhere elae more reliable and professional. Some of the people were nice but other are just rude sad and probably lack of education.

I loved the 60s theme, the hot tubs, the rooftop... I would definitely stay there again. -

Very stylish hotel. Breakfast and whirlpools are on the rooftop terrace with Acropolis view! Great breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful. Walking distance to city center and tourist attractions. Severe noise problem at the roadside rooms. Windows are a joke and help only little against the street noise. I would choose this hotel 100% if guaranteed a courtyard room and 0% for a roadside room.

Location, the rooftop

Close to the subway, large rooms, very fun decorating, SO comfortable! Our key didn’t work four different times. It was annoying. The hot tubs were only luke warm.

Breakfast Room decor, it’s about time for a change

The restaurant on the 9th floor was a little bit cold during breakfast. It's probably lovely during the summer with all the windows to see through, but it's also letting the heat out during the winter months.

The breakfast was fantastic, the rooftop bar was wonderful. Room was as expected and staff was helpful and kind. My room was not really cleaned. Was definitely clean upon arrival but service between took towels and didn’t replace. Bathroom was not cleaned during my visit. Again it was clean on arrival.

Check in was easy, they upgraded my room and gave me free wine, very nice staff and very nice hotel overall. I am happy with the price and the room. I didn't like that the heating was central. The room was very hot for me, even though outside was only 14-15C, the heater was blasting with no way to turn it off. I wasn't comfortable with how hot the room was, I couldn't open the window or balcony door because its too noisy outside. I wish they just have normal AC in each room.

The staff was very nice. The rooftop bar does have a pretty good view of the acropolis. We came in with a large group of business coworkers using multiple rooms. We had an issue with bedbugs along with other people in our group complaining. I think there was like four or five of the rooms complaining about getting bites at night. The noise you get from the street traffic is incredibly loud. Also, the only way to get air-conditioning in the room is by leaving the patio door open. Which causes issues because of the noise traffic.

Old building, small rooms, gave us a broken fan

The elevator is a bit slow, especially in the morning for breakfast.
