Perfect location, gorgeous roof top to view the Parthenon and terrific staff that was so accommodating. We would definitely come back next time we are in Athens! A special thanks to Nicoletta… you are the best!!! Xo

The after hours access was a little complicated because there is nobody there at night, otherwise great

Location, views and facilities Room was a bit small but functional. Its Athens so you don't need too much time in your room!

Girl at the reception checked in us 2 hours ealier , which was very pkeasant Room # 206 was terrible, No fresh air even when we ooened the window . Bcasuse hotels all air conditioing systems were located in front of the window. Also, returning to the hotel in the afternoon, i discovered receptionist and workers in my room, maintaining air conditioning systens. Without notice, its unacceptable

Good location off Monistiraki Square, busy nightlife area but the room was soundproof. Bed & room were comfortable After hours checkin was a little fragmented. after retriebing the RFID key, the lock wouldn't open. on site management from their restaurant yhen spent 45 minutes attempting to reprogram key & access room unsuccessfully. After 2 sets of physical krys were tried, access was schieved. No worries, electronics fail.Comfort

We had to wait very long as the check-in time was at 15:00 and they didn't provide us the room

The shower was dirty when we came in, the room layout is not optimal,making the bathroom very crowded.

I am travelling often to Athens and I will definitely go back to the roof restaurant for brunch or dinner. Polite ladies at reception, very clean hotel. Size of room was small and missing some important small furniture like next to the child bed a small table would be great, need extra hungers and hunger space, also hungers in wc to hang towels we were 3 persons with one single hunger. Also one single small table for luggage, other 2 luggage were on floor, could have 2

Great location in the middle of everything in Athens. Irina helped us greatly, kudos to the her and the rest of the staff. Sometimes some noise late at night. Guests returning from a night out. More about them than the hotel.

The location is excellent. It was in the middle of Plaka, Syntagma, and Monastiraki. Nothing.

Nice comfortable bedroom for a family of 4. Beds were good. Great location, close to everything. The staff was kind and helpful. The bathroom didn’t have much space to set the toiletries. Also I would have loved a space in the shower for my soap, shampoo and conditioner (other than the floor).

Their trash bins are too small esp that you cannot flush any toilet paper in the toilet bowl. I don't need to have my room made up everyday but I had to this time so the housekeeping can empty out the trash bins.
