Good location, friendly staff, reasonable price, decent room. The room description says "Toiletries included" but the only thing available was a two-in-one body and hair wash. I specifically asked for a toothpaste and they said they didn't have it.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. They always answered our questions clearly, gave us useful recommendations about the city, and helped us with transportation information. We also had an issue with our museum tickets, and they kindly let us use their phone and assisted us in resolving the problem. We would like to sincerely thank all the staff for their kindness and professionalism. The hotel was also very clean and comfortable, especially considering the price. The bed sheets, pillows, and towels were spotless. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the location was excellent. Most of the main attractions were within walking distance, making it very easy to explore Athens on foot. The only downside was that the bathroom door did not close properly

It was in a quiet area which we liked , clean area . Served breakfast, was ok the same everyday but had some choices . The one staff in evening was friendly Roof top patio is not great . Needs to be cleaned up and have some greenery or something to make it look nicer than a concrete pad .

Reception staff could have been more welcoming and polite. Had a windowless room. Toilet door would not close.

Friendly and helpful staff which gave use recomendation where to go and held are luggage bfore and after we checked out. YOu have to take price into consideration but the breakfast was basic with pootr quality coffee which was skipped by some who went elsewhere. Better coffee, cereal like ganola or muslie and more fresh fruit like berries etc would be good.
