Beds were comfy, one staff member particularly helpful Location was not safe. Breakfast was really bad. The bathroom door in our room was very dirty and inconveniently placed.
-
Excellent and very friendly staff. Help us to dolve some problems very fast. Breakfast is not bad at all for such low price In bathroom no safe hands near shower, slipping floor in bath room

Facilities like gym, breakfast buffet little items and jacuzzi

Nice place to stay. Safe and walkable to many areas.

Amazing staff. Awful location. Very much 3⭐️ Sketchy location. Very basic amenities. If you can’t walk up stairs the Elevator will be an issue

Overall, we had a decent stay at this hotel in Athens. The room was perfectly fine and nothing too special, but we did appreciate being upgraded to a room with a balcony which was a nice touch. The location is a big plus. It is about a 3 minute walk from the subway and within walking distance of major attractions like the Acropolis and Monastiraki, which made getting around very easy. Breakfast was pretty standard. Nothing amazing but it had everything you need to start the day. Unfortunately the biggest issue was that there was no hot water for three days. Communication was not very clear. At first we were told it would only be a couple of hours but it ended up lasting multiple days, which is the last thing you want to deal with on holiday. That said the hotel did offer us a refund for our stay, so they did try to make things right and we appreciated that.

Great place to stay, work, and relax. The facilities are excellent and the staff are very hospitable. I truly made some friends there and hope I’ll be back soon. nothing that I can point out

The location of the hotel is great, the breakfast was tasty, the rooms are clean and the whole interior and vibe are amazing. Staff in the reception is super friendly and helpful. The checkout time is at 11, however, the housekeeping team tried to enter our room twice without knocking (at 8 am and 10 am) before the checkout time on the last morning even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door. No bueno

It isn't located in the best area of town. We saw several homeless people, lots of trash, and even drug addicts on the (short) walk from the metro station to the hotel. On top of that, the shower doesn't have a door, everything gets wet when you shower. Not a place I would recommend

What an amazing location, very central to everything in Athens and walkable to some great cafes and restaurants. We loved the rooms for their style and comfort - and also the way history of the building was honoured in its retro aesthetic. The bedding was exceptional as was the view from the rooftop!! The staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful. All in all, it was a brilliant stay. A little more storage in the rooms would be great.

Great location - close to the metro Balcony at the bedroom, nice rooftop Small bedroom

Nothing

It was easy The location was questionable in terms of safety. The quality of the room was a bit disappointing. Sheets had tears and rips. The shower products had mismatched brands and wrongly labeled products. The amenities needed refurbishment.

Located close to a Metro, and amazing front staff. The breakfast was also very good. There is a nice rooftop deck for lounging and a cute area downstairs for hanging out. The room had a small balcony and the places easy to find for check in. If you need to have your bags held, the front desk stuff is very accommodating. The gym had minimal working equipment and the pool table was unusable. The property location is about 15 to 20 minutes walk to the main attractions.

Had option on booking.com to choose two separate beds and took that option, was not available on site, two separate sheets and single matrass instead. Location on the edge of not so nice district, not romantic down the street at all.

Lovely service at check in. We enjoyed our room with the balcony.
-
Enjoyed bed and roof top Area tough to find initially
