The staff was exceptionally good and helpful! The location is perfect. The cleanness is questionable - we saw a lot of not clean floor, hair of previous guests, and a dead cockroach. We still loved staying there, but these aspects were pretty visible in our room.

The shower glass door was missing and they told us to shower safely to the wall side and to mop the floor if it’s bothering us

Modern room, tastefully furnished. Roomy shower, but no place to put the soap. Attractive price for a hotel at the very center of the city. Very friendly staff.

Staff was wonderful

The location is close to restaurants and walking distance to shops and attractions. It is modern and chic. It’s clean and bed is comfortable. It’s not sound proof. If you like hearing bands playing until the unholy hour, you should be fine. Just pack your ear plugs if you’re keen into sleeping without any distractions.

Everything Nothing

The deluxe double room with city view is great! The bed and room comfort is A+, the shower has a WINDOW to outside (amazing, so cool, you can close shutters to keep it private of course), the balcony is adorable with a view of the busy shopping/restos street. I would definitely stay here again. The shower alone! The bathroom toiletries were a little lacking. It has small shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, but a "vanity kit", tissues, mouthwash, little additions like that go a long way! I would recommend getting a new hairdryer as well, the one in the room is quite outdated now. The TV could also use modernizing; it's quite old with very few options.

There was a terrible smell from the restaurant downstairs, and on the second afternoon, our room was smoky.

We were returning guests !! The missing of a "preliminary breakfast corner", just for a morning coffee, tea, chocolate, orange juice.... before the true breakfast in a closed Coffee shop

The kindness of personel

Perfect location in proximity of all important touristic locations. A lot of Restaurants and shops very close by. The house is very old and beautifully restorated. The room is nicely designed and the bed is very comfortable. Loud at night but bearable. Unfortunately the room does not have a window and the AC does not work (only controlled centrally without controls for the rooms) It gets very warm in the room throughout the day and the steams of neighboring restaurants fills up the room with fumes of oil and fat. The air lacks Oxygen and as there is no windows, you cannot let in fresh air. Not very nice! Also the room shows deficits when it comes to details (cabinets and other furniture show a lot of signs of heavy use. Electric sockets partly demontaged. Hair and dirt in the bathroom. The towels show very very heavy signs of use, the shower ruh has more holes than material. You cannot use the shower without turning the bathroom into a swamp.

Staff was friendly and the room is in a great location. Minibar was quite cheap too! There's some noise from the restaurant below (we knew before booking), but nothing that'll keep you up at night.
