Everything. Everything fresh and updated. Perfect location. Staff was exceptional. Very accommodating. Great snack bar. Close to everything within walking distance. Very upscale area for dining and shopping. Very safe area. People were friendly. We did not need a car. I liked everything. There is not a restaurant on site but they offer continental breakfast. We had a delicious breakfast at different spots and all good and walking distance.

Staff were very kind and accommodating. Process for check in and check out very smooth. The showers flooded the entire bathroom, the traffic from the street was very loud early in the morning.

This is my second stay at this charming hotel. Everyone who works here is extremely attentive and friendly. The hotel's neighborhood is very pleasant and sophisticated. It made me feel welcome and safe. The cleanliness is excellent. Even if it were my third time, I would choose you again. I own a boutique hotel in the Historic Peninsula of Istanbul. Greetings and love to everyone.

Great location, welcoming, knowledgeable staff with excellent English- we stayed two separate times on our way in and out of Athens, and our second stay felt like coming home. Suite was well furnished, balcony enormous, and everything clean and comfortable. Nothing.

Location and staff were very good The pillows were lumpy and flat. The only outlet in bathroom was for a shaver only. The outlets to run hairdryer or hot irons were at a small desk in bed area with no mirrors to be found. Bathroom had pedestal sink so zero room to put any toiletries or makeup. ROOM WAS TINY! It was difficult to get ready in the morning. No seating in standard room. Just the bed
