This is our 2nd stay here and the location is ideal for visiting the Plaka, Acropolis and key tourist destinations. The street is peaceful and quiet, yet close to the night time activity surrounding it. The service is wonderful, especially from Eva who is always helpful and cheerful. The included breakfast is fresh, tasty, and plentiful. The room is clean, bright and nicely yet simply decorated. The rooftop restaurant has the best view of the Acropolis. During our last stay we had a larger room with a balcony, but this room #601 was smaller and we could hear the chairs being moved at the restaurant one floor above us at night. We had interesting views from the window.

Location was great and staff very accommodating Rooms are small

The day staff at the front desk seemed a bit rude. The night staff woman was awesome in helping us check out and ensuring our taxi was on time. She was fabulous!

The fact that we didn’t have to go out for dinner. After 2 weeks and travel around Greece we were tired and liked the convenience of having a rooftop restaurant. The cherry on top was that it had an excellent view of the Parthenon and the food was awesome. It was just a tiny room but that is a thing in Greece.

Excellent breakfast , stunning view from room, in a hart of a city. Unforgettable sundown from terrace at top of hotel . Little beat overpriced

The view for this hotel is phenomenal. Friendly staff at reception, decent breakfast. The room we were in had a bad smell, worse in the bathroom.

Breakfast was really good with a great assortment. The location was great for walking to major tourist spots and meeting excursions. There was a lot of street noise late into night. Shower seemed to leak water out onto bathroom floor.

Good location. Awful room. Was the last one available described as a small double which we booked as we had friends staying there and wanted to be in the same hotel but frankly I wish we had gone somewhere else. It was very cramped and uncomfortable. If there had been a photo on the website I wouldn’t have booked it. Avoid this room unless you’re travelling solo or two very small people!

The location is great as it’s within easy walking distance of several historical sites in Athens. The breakfast was fine with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom a good size with space to put toiletries and good water pressure in the shower. The rooftop terrace restaurant, Door in Athens, is an excellent dining option available at the hotel. Very good food and excellent staff. While the room was clean, there was a musty smell in the bathroom and things looked tired and worn overall in the room and hotel in general.
